Waikomo Stream Villas is a quaint little resort located between the Kukuiula Shopping Center and Koloa Landing in the heart of Poipu.
It has the old Hawaiiana feel, with lush landscaping , koi ponds, and the stream running through the property. Walking distance to shopping, dining, snorkeling and swimming. The resort has a nice pool and a covered BBQ dining area with winding walking paths between buildings.

This spacious condo is located right on Waikomo Stream and the peace of nature will lull you into relaxation. It is equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and plenty of space to spread out.

Great stay on Kauai

Cozy Stay at the Villa
Villa was clean and well stocked with everything that was needed to make it comfortable for my husband and kids. We enjoyed it and will definitely return when we are back in Kauai!

Great location, great property, great value.
We chose the property to attend our niece’s wedding in Poipu. Also, got to see most of Kauai including Waimea Canyon, Kilauea Lighthouse, and Poipu Beach. Property was very clean and was completely stocked with everything we needed for the week. Just needed to unpack and buy some food.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying in this apartment. First off, it’s huge! Definitely spacious for just the 2 of us, had a perfect kitchen. It came with 4-5 beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, towels. They left a beautiful gift with some Kauai cookies and chocolate and coffee. Only thing we’d request is a fire stick for the TV to watch Netflix. Staying here made it very hard to go home. We’d definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in process was easy. The TV was a good quality TV but I was not on Kauai to watch TV. The bed in the room was stiff. The toilet had a super weak flush. One of the cabinet doors in the kitchen was broken off in the condo when I arrived and was just laying there inside the cabinet. The window sills by the front door seem to have been roughed up quite a bit by the rain coming through over the years and has some discoloration that is concerning for the health of those staying there.

Great place to make a lifetime of memories.
After a bit of confusion with the check in procedure, I was pleasantly surprised of the accommodations of this condo. All the little things you need for the beach to have fun, from coolers to boogy boards and snorkel gear, it was all there. My son lost interest in his iPhone and everybody had a ball. Great condo!

Week in Poipu
We were thrilled to be able to stay in this place. It was the perfect size for the two of us with a great lanai off the back overlooking the koi pond. There was easy accessibility to beaches, food, shopping, etc. but the condos were very private. The closet was stocked with everything we needed for the beach (body boards, snorkel gear, chairs) and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The host provided great advice for places to hike and visit - were great to speak with. Mahalo for the great stay!

Solid option
This property gave us everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The accomodations were spacious and the kitchen was well equiped. There were also lots of beach accessories provided (cooler, chairs umbrella, snorkeling equipment, and boogie boards) which was appreciated. The only negative was the condo had a odour when we returned in the evening if it was closed up all day (maybe the carpeting that looked pretty old). Other than that it was great.

Spacious leafy condo
Lots of space in this one-bedroom condo-- had a full living room and a dining room, plus the lanai overlooking the central courtyard rainforest/creek. Plenty of kitchen amenities, plus AC. The bullfrogs and roosters outside were a little noisy, but luckily I am an early riser and my girlfriend is a heavy sleeper, so no problems there. Location is just close enough to the shops at Kukui and right down the street from Poipu and the resort walk along those beaches - just under a mile, which is a nice morning stroll (or a really easy drive). Would stay again!
