Stunning 2 Bedroom Luxury Cottage 300 feet from Poipu Beach Park

This custom designed Hawaiian plantation style cottage is located just off the Brennecke's beach side of Poipu Beach Park, 100 steps to the beach!

This spacious house was designed and built in 2013 to be the perfect vacation retreat - its plantation style allows it to blend in with the historic neighborhood, while offering every modern luxury. Outside is a barbeque grilling area, a garden shower accessible from either the master bath or from outside, and under the Plumeria Tree is a landscaped 5 person hot springs style hot tub. Enjoy the 2 master, air conditioned, suites with plush king beds, flat screen TVs, pedestal tub, and outdoor garden shower, and full size front load washer and dryer. The open plan great room opens up to the large lanai with 22 feet of 8' high folding doors, and the 9 1/2 foot high walls, vaulted ceilings, large double hung windows, and ceiling fans keep the place breezy and cool. Both bedrooms are air conditioned to keep you comfortable all night long. The kitchen is equipped with a full sized french door refrigerator, whisper quiet dishwasher, gas range, walk-in pantry, granite counters, open shelving, and fully stocked. The sound system through out the living area as well as the lanai is set up for surround sound TV watching, listening to Pandora, or you can wirelessly listen to your own music collection from your smartphone. Luxurious Cottage in Great Location

Chillin’ by the Sea on the Lanai’!
Such a comfortable and beautiful cottage! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all the home’s amenities, especially the breezy and spacious Lanai! Parking would be tight for big vehicles and the outdoor online photos show a wider neighborhood than reality. But all and all, an awesome place! We hope to make another visit in the future! Mahalo!

Two couples loved the location for walks, snorkeling, wildlife viewing. All the amenities of home are a very short walk to the beach. Hosts provided a thorough introduction to the house and the neighborhood, as well as on point recommendations for excursions.

It was great. Lovely feels like home cottage. The main area was beyond hot and the ceiling fan never worked. We reached out but never was able to get it working. That has to be addressed. It was a great stay other than that. Beautiful and clean home.

The lanais and inside/outside feel of the home was awesome. Our family enjoyed it nightly. Home was really well stocked with games, pans, and some staple cooking tools. Great home base for enjoying Po ‘Ipu and the south shore. Property manager was detailed and made everything easy. Highly recommend and we will return.

Great Poipu Cottage
Spent ten nights at this immaculately equipped and maintained cottage. Just a couple hundred feet from the beach. Really loved the porch equipped with padded furniture and shades. Also used the like new hot tub most evenings. Just a wonderful property!

Outstanding in Every Respect
We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed home located in the heart of Poipu. Easy walk to beach and several restaurants. The home is spacious and clean. Brent, the owner, was terrific to deal with and he provided many helpful tips on things to do as well as valuable restaurant recommendations. The ability to use the nearby Athletic Club was a real plus, especially on our last day in Kauai. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful home just steps from the beach
Upon entering this beautiful home, you feel ready for a real vacation, with all the amenities you could ask for. From the hot tub, to access to Athletic Club, we enjoyed more than the quick access to the beach and great restaurants (I.e. Joe’s and Puka Dog). So glad to have found this place which was reasonably priced considering how perfect it is. The only small thing I would suggest is providing coffee for the coffee maker. Mahalo!
