We loved this place! Great View and centrally located on the southern part of Kauai. The condo is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. We have already booked again for next year.

We had a wonderful stay even with the island under a flood watch most of our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely Place
We really enjoyed staying here. It's the perfect size, and great location. It was clean, well cared for, and well thought out. The dark grey-green tile in the shower, was so pretty, and love the dining and floor lamps. We'd definitely consider this place again, a future trip.

This home was a beautiful place to stay in Poipu. Had everything you needed for the kitchen and the beach! Couldn’t have asked for better communication and just a great overall stay. Wanted to just sit out on the lanai and watch the waves and ocean. Got lucky enough to see a few rainbows too!! Thanks for a delightful experience.

Perfect place to stay on Kauai
We would definitely stay again. Beautiful view of ocean. Easy to walk to nearby shopping center. Very short drive to good beaches and snorkeling. Bob was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We had flight delays and cancellations when leaving the island, and Bob allowed us to check out late which was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot on the island!
We loved our stay at this property. It’s in a great location, we loved the little town of Koloa and being close to Poipu. The views from the lanai are beautiful, one of our favorite parts of the trip was going down to the grass area by the water and watching the sunsets every night. The condo is well stocked, the kitchen has everything you need, towels and beach equipment are provided. Check in was very easy and everyone we met at the complex was super friendly!

Amazing Location/View
The listing is exactly as pictured and described. We stayed for 5 nights and loved having coffee on the lanai, being able to walk to Lawa'i Beach, and having a ton of great restaurants within an easy 15-minute walk. We appreciated the A/C in the bedroom and living room and having a full kitchen was especially helpful when prepping for day-long adventures. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful Location
I highly recommend this property to anyone who is considering visiting Kauai. The condominium is better than the pictures portray. It was clean and spacious and located in a safe and easy to access place. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you need to prepare meals, and the view of the ocean from the private balcony is amazing. Having breakfast on the balcony with the ocean and the sound of waves was one to the highlights of our stay.

Loved this Location
We loved this location and if our travels take us to the south shore of Kauai we would choose to stay here again. It is easy to settle in with lovely morning sunrises enjoyed from your own rocking chair and then tote your beachchair to the backyard for a beautiful evening sunset. A good mix of locals and visitors made for great vibe. Especially enjoyed watching the surfers! Agree to other reviews for this listing that communication and amenities are excellent. All you need….

Home away from home
The unit was just as advertised. Located right on the water, the sounds of the ocean put us to sleep at night. Bob the owner was great to work with. The real bonus was the closet was full of beach gear...not the Walmart stuff but top quality equipment. The only thing we missed was having a pool for our nightly dip. The A/C was a bonus even though there was a constant cool breeze blowing through the condo. A great stop in Poipu.

Loved our stay. Would highly recommend and we intend to rebook during our next trip if there ever is one. Place was stocked with beach gear and kitchen essentials (that we didn’t use but noticed). One thing I would comment is the sheet smelled musky. Like they were left in the washer too long before being dried. However can’t complain because it looked clean. Thank you!!! We hope to be back.

Nice condo, good view with snorkeling nearby
The owner is very friendly & helpful. The view is good, but the view does include the street not just the ocean as shown. Still very relaxing though. Modern & pretty, well maintained other than dusting. We ended up dusting it ourselves & you could tell it hadn’t been well cleaned. Also, 4 towels & 2 beach towels isn’t enough for a condo that allows 4 people. Most condos I have stayed in have double that number. Bring a roll of quarters with you to wash the towels. The location is amazing with snorkeling steps away. We have stayed in different condos at this location & always enjoy it!

Vrbo check in big issue
Never got the email for checkin to get code. Had to call vrbo which was hard to find phone number. They said code might be in spam but was not. Vrbo was able to call owners and owner answered but if owner had not answered i don’t know what we would have done. Communication from vrbo was poor. Unit is well equiipted. Tv was an issue as we never got it to work correctly. Great view and unit was lovely.

Amazing Location!
Celebrated our wedding anniversary here and absolutely loved it! The patio is literally just a few yards away from the beach, so we spend a lot of time relaxing and listening to the crashing of the waves. The condo was clean and it had beach chairs, an umbrella, and other gear that came in handy. Walking distance to restaurants, a drugstore, and some really cool shops. Highly recommend!

The condo matched the description. Kuhio Shores is a perfect place to stay. It’s quiet and close to many beaches and restaurants. The unit was well furnished and had everything we needed for a wonderful 10 day vacation. The bed was extremely comfortable. The view from the lanai is lovely. Highly recommend.
