Located in the ever-popular and upscale Poipu Kai Resort, guests will love this 1900+ sq. ft. spacious, airy, and high-ceilinged home with 4 generous bedrooms.

The living room greets you with a plush wrap-around sofa that is a great spot to curl up and stream your favorite TV show or enjoy your favorite movie. Sliding glass doors and oversized windows allow plenty of sunshine to flood the space. Step out onto your private patio and feel the tropical breezes, as you enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. And when you're ready for a trek to the beach, remember it's less than 10 minutes to the world-famous Poipu Beach along a green belt. Make sure to keep an eye out for the monk seals and sea turtles! And while you're there, don't forget to stop in to Brennecke's for an open-air lunch or one of their fantastic cocktails. Please note that reservations are recommended for many of our area restaurants and luaus.

A large gourmet kitchen will be the joy of the family chef! With stainless steel appliances, and tons of counter space, you'll have plenty of room to create all the family's favorites. There's even a peninsula bar for two. Maybe you'll even feel inspired to try a new Hawaiian dish, like poke or loco moco. The whole family can enjoy those culinary delights together at the adjacent dining table for 8-10.

The downstairs primary suite is definitely a treat, with a romantic 2-poster king size bed and access to a private patio where you can also find the beach toys tucked away. The en-suite spa bath is a delight with a large soaking tub, and enormous walk-in tiled shower with seat. Also on this level is a guest room with two twin beds, which utilizes the full hall bath.

Upstairs is a guest room with a king size bed, which shares a connected full bathroom with the loft bedroom featuring two twin beds.

This highly sought-after location is close to all the incredible shopping and dining in Poipu, as well as the entire south shore. When making dinner plans, be sure to make a reservation. Convenient and Quite Location
We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here in Poipu. The condo was well equipped for our family. We enjoyed morning walks to several close by beaches and found the location central to our daily island explorations.

Great location. We walked to the beach every morning.
We have stayed in the Poipu Kai area many times. We love the location to the beach. There is a long green belt with a path which makes the morning walk to the beach very pleasant. We will continue to stay in this area whenever we visit the "Garden Island".

Our family of 8 had plenty of room and the proximity to the beach was amazing. It was a little confusing determining which pools were part of which complex, but that was a minor factor.

Great location! We enjoyed our stay! Having the barbecue at the bottom of the staircase was so nice, we grilled many dinners. Access to the pool was fabulous and needed for those that don't really enjoy the sandy beaches. It was great to have beach chairs and a couple of boogie boards provided during the stay. For future guests who are bringing young children, I might suggest providing a fold-up wagon for ease of transporting beach chairs, boards and other necessities for the walk to the beach. I imagine this would be SO appreciated by your guests. We would definitely rent again. Mahalo!

Beautiful Condo
We enjoyed this lovely property and all the considerations that went into making this a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. The beach toy cabinet had plenty of chairs and items for the beach. Everything was in great condition and that is not often the case in a rental. We enjoyed our time together as a family and can’t wait to return!

Incredible all the way around!
We loved every second of our stay! The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk down to the beach to snorkel, boogie board, visit the turtles who came up to rest on the sand, and we loved the seal who was sleeping on the beach too! The condo had everything we could need and more. We enjoyed cooking and eating the fresh tuna from out fishing excursion with Apex Charters. The kitchen had everything we needed (except maybe a non stick frying pan). The beds were comfortable and the lanai was so relaxing. We would highly recommend this condo and plan to come back again!

Great place to stay on the island! Stocked and clean!
My family of 6 (all adults) had an amazing experience on this property! Since it's located on the south side of the island, almost every day was beautiful and sunny. We really appreciated how clean and prepared everything was when we arrived, and we didn't have many complaints (except for a smoke detector low battery beeping that was taken care of). The beach supplies they provide was perfect for walking to the beach and saved us some money on rentals! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone with a family of 4-8 people!

Awesome place!
Exceeded expectations. 4 stars overall because there was a plumbing issue. We had no master bath. They immediately gave us a small refund. Class act! Definitely recommend!

Poipu Vacation
We love our vacation trip and love the condo. There was beach gear available to us, including a hand cart to tote it down to the beach. We went to the beach each day and it was in easy walking distance. We had 8 people stay, two families of four, and did not have many needs. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and utensils, the washer and dryer was great, and we loved the luau. The condo was quiet at night and we didn't hear our neighbors. There was enough space for all of us and they even have some games and books.

We stayed a week in August with our older children aged 18,20,22. We all had plenty of space. The unit was clean and as advertised. I will say the 4th bedroom was 2 twin beds in the loft over the living space which might not work for families putting little ones in that area. The layout would be perfect for a larger family group or 2 smaller families. The location was great, an easy walk to Shipwreck, Brennecke's and poipu beach park. It was an easy drive to shops, coffee shops and restaurants. The condo was well equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed and it was so convenient to have beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach equipment. I would rent this unit or in this community again.

Great for families and close to beaches and pools
Very nice place for a family with young kids. Only criticism: The emailed directions were a bit confusing. It said to look for building H but we could never see a building sign. It would be better to just say "turn into the small parking lot for Regency Villas and look for spot 224, the condo is located around the right on the second floor". (we didn't know we were on the second floor, that kind of made it difficult with all our gear with kids) But overall a very nice place fully equipped with beach gear!

I was disappointed with the lack of a view from the condo. It was impossible to enjoy sitting on the balcony, which was tiny. And it was almost impossible to find the pool... which was quite a distance from the condo.

Definitely would return!
We had three generations stay here (2 kids and 5 adults) and it was perfect. We all had enough room, the beds were comfortable, the AC and fans kept a perfect temperature, and the dining table with the bench perfectly fit everyone. The location is amazing: a short walk through green space to the beach, the pool, and restaurants. From the main lanai, all you see is lush greenery and you get an amazing breeze. They had plenty of beach gear and we really appreciated the wagon and water wings for the kids, and the snorkel gear for the adults. There were salt, pepper, and spices available in the unit as well. There is only one parking spot and it is very narrow. I think a second car would be tricky in terms of finding another spot close by, but we only had the one van. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely family friendly rental
Our spacious rental was perfect for our family and walking distance to the beach. The location was convenient to many activities on the island, shopping and restaurants. We would love to stay here again in the future. Aloha and mahalo for the memories!

Amazing Poipu Condo!
We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this amazing condo. We were a group of 8 adults, there was room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the 9 nights that we stayed. Communication with the property manager was excellent, they were quick to respond to all of our questions. The condo is located on the Greenbelt, a short walk to several wonderful beaches. There is also a great pool and hot tub available for guests use. There is a grill located right downstairs from the condo, we used it for several dinners. The grill is cleaned/serviced daily by the condo association's maintenance crew. We will definitely plan to stay in this condo again the next time we plan a trip to Kauai.

Spacious and location is great!
We loved the property. Four adults wanting their own rooms and this was prefect. Some of the beach gear needs to be removed as they are breaking. I had the master and loved the room and shower. The shower heads in all bathrooms need a good soak and cleaning. Beware the parking stalls are small and some tenants like to park very tight so thank god I’m tiny and could squeeze in. Then back out to let everyone else get in. The local beach is a nice short walk and the turtles like to come in there to rest. 🥰

The location and space was 10/10. There were a couple issues that arose though that I think could have been avoided if communication had been more clear from the property manager. The only pool that this unit has access to is the one closest to kalapaki joes. Although there is a “pool key” provided that looks as if it would fit the lock to the other pools, do not try this. The key will get stuck and you will be stranded. Additionally, parking was a challenge when the visitor spots were full. Our friends had to park all the way at poipu beach overnight a couple times. Also, be sure to put the parking pass in your car, otherwise you’ll get citations from the management company.

Great condo experience!
We really enjoyed our time at this condo. We were a family of 6 adults and having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked out great. Place was clean, spacious, well appointed, and nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. Great location just a short 10 minute walk to the best beaches. Watch a sunset as the turtles come to rest on Poipu beach, then look up and enjoy the most incredible star show you’ll ever see.

Great time in Poipu!
Comfort and cleanliness is of the utmost importance and we found this property in excellent condition and as represented in the VBRO pics (in fact, we thought they may have remodeled and up-graded from the time we booked - not sure - but it was very nice). Easy walks to the beach and the turtles that come ashore every sunset. Couch was comfortable for the whole group to relax on. Kitchen was fully stocked and the washer / dryer were great to have. I would recommend without reservation. We had opted for a lower overall price vs. ocean views but found the savings well worth in at this location.
