Good - The unit was spacious and quiet with convenient parking and easy access to main road. Towels, beach chairs and other amenities were plentiful. No roaches or other pests were observed inside unit. Trash disposal close by. AC worked fine. Bad - Patio faced the parking lot and street; no privacy. King bed in the master sagged badly in the middle. Clothes washer was filthy; rubber door seal full of hair and slimy mildew. Refrigerator water dispenser leaked. Key fob for access to pool was missing.

Girls' Trip 2024!
Beginning in 2012, my friend & I have gone to Kauai every year for a "girls' trip." Leaving our husbands at home, we visit Kauai to hike some of Kauai's numerous and beautiful trails. This condo definitely rates as our favorite condo of all our visits. It was very clean, check-in and out were a breeze, the central AC worked great and the location is central to whatever activities you choose to participate in. We highly recommend it!!

Our family stayed here for our first visit to Kauai. It was a great place to stay with Al the amenities we needed. Ghe property is located near many shops and restaurants and it’s a 5 minute and very beautiful walk to the beach. communication with the property owner was easy and they were very responsive.

The stay was nice and the house bery beautiful. We have little bit time to find the room. We couldn't find the parking pass and we got a warning ticket. We Probably need more better direction for next time. Over all Everything was good, but for futures recommendations maybe the beds needs a better mattress. Thank you !

Pretty Good Property
The property seemed nicer online than in person, but not by much. The condo was spotless which I much appreciated. Complaints were that there was only salt and pepper in the kitchen no other spices to cook with. Only 1 kitchen towel and only 2 regular spoons. The lanai was facing the parking lot so we didn't use it as much as we would if it had been more private. The guests up stairs were very noisy early in the am as well as late into the eve. Other than that the condo is in a great spot, the pool is nice and the area is clean and feels very safe.

Perfect spot for 4 people
The location of the unit is very convenient to many things, chief among them being about a 5-minute walk to the beach. Having an assigned parking spot right in front of the unit was perfect for loading and unloading vehicles. The community's pool and gas grills are also nearby. Upon arrival, the unit was clean and the air conditioners were running so that it was cool inside. The mini-split system really does a fine job keeping things comfortable. As others have noted, the bathrooms are a bit dated, but they were clean. Showers had good water pressure and the water was hot. Check in and check out procedures were among the easiest I've had at any rental property I've stayed at. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful location, comfortable property!
Comfortable, well-equipped condo with easy check-in. Good location, easily accessible to the beach, stores and restaurants. We appreciated the new towels and sheets as well as the pool/beach towels, plentiful hangers and the provided coffee! The condo had a musty smell, perhaps because the A/C wasn't up to par. The beds are on the firm side and the bathrooms are in need of upgrade. Overall we loved Kauai, the Poipu area, and had a wonderful stay.

Spacious, modern condo in conveient, beautiful location. Condo complex was also beautiful and safe. We really appreciated the reserved parking right by the entrance. We only were 3 people, but you could very comfortably have 5 or 6 and still not feel crowded. Very nice stay!

perfect for two married couples to share
The convenient location and spaciousness of this Poipu property made it perfect for two married couples to share. Also the kitchen was very nice and large. For the most part the unit was very clean, but the floors could have used a mopping before we arrived and spider webs in the lamps removed, etc. The second bedroom furniture also had a strange mildewy smell, but was otherwise comfortable for a stay in that room. It would have been helpful to have foil or plastic wrap in the kitchen since there was little in the way of lids for storing items in the fridge. I would rent this property again and/or recommend it to others.

So Much Aloha Here!!
Thank you to Emma and David for sharing their beautiful vacation home with our family. This condo is very well appointed with everything you need to make vacationing in the tropics a home away from home. The beds (even the pullout!!) were super comfortable after a day at the beach, exploring, hiking, site seeing, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed for eating in, the condo was spotless and welcoming, beach gear is provided, a drying rack for wet clothes/towels, location couldn't be better. We really loved the pictures of local sites that are hanging throughout the condo, having a desk to setup our laptop, a dedicated parking spot, walking trails all around, and being able to open the front door with screen to capture the cooling crosswinds (no need for any AC here). There were even 3 flashlights available in the condo that we used when we experienced a power outage one evening. Emma and the local property manager (Parrish Group) were so responsive and helpful. Checking in and out went smoothly and it was a nice added bonus to have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied for our entire stay. You absolutely cannot go wrong staying in this rental... we will definitely be back. Mahalo again to Emma and David for making our stay a very special and memorable one.

Perfect for the price.
My family and I enjoyed staying in 114. It’s a corner unit, and there is assigned parking right out front. It was nicely decorated for a beach vacation and although it didn’t have air conditioning, there were fans. We left the sliding glass door open, along with some windows as often as we could to allow a breeze, which helped. The first night was the most uncomfortable since I think it hadn’t been aired out well recently. We would have liked a DVD player but didn’t find one there. There was, however, two boogie boards, sun shade and plenty of beach chairs for our family to use throughout the trip. The location was within walking distance to anything in Poipu. We enjoyed Little Fish Coffee Co. every day that we were there, which was just down the road. The view wasn’t great with the parking lot and road at the front of the condo, but the grounds were beautiful with tropical plants and trees throughout. The closest pool was the best of the two that we had access to, and there were other families with young kids as well that we would see regularly. It was a nice place to stay for our family vacation. Perfect Poipu Location
We had an amazing stay at Emma & David's condo. It was clean, organized and quiet. The condo is stocked with everything from beach supplies to scooters and books. The condo was actually much larger than we anticipated, which made it a perfect size for four adults. The location was amazing as it was a short walk to the beach and easy driving location to everything in Poipu and Koloa. The property management company was excellent as well providing us with all the information we needed to have a comfortable stay. Overall, incredibly happy with our time there and would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay in Poipu
spent 10 days in beautiful Kauai with the family. Our accommodations were amazing, from a reserved parking spot to beach towels and complementary toiletries. From a bright airy spacious living room opening up onto a sun filled lanai to a full kitchen and laundry set up. Our two bedroom two full bathroom condo was everything we could have asked for. Central to many beaches and plenty of great restaurants and shops. Absolutely loved it !!
