VACATION NIGHTMARE
DUE TO PLANE DELAYS, ARRIVED AT CONDO 11:00PM AND WAS UNABLE TO UNLOCK CONDO DOOR. CALLED VACASA AND WAS TOLD TO ENTER CODE AND TURN DOOR KNOB WHICH WAS WRONG. WAS TOLD A PERSON WOULD COME NEXT DAY TO OPEN IT FOR US AND PANICKED. CALLED VRBO AND GOT IN CONDO IMMEDIATELY AT MIDNIGHT. STOVE DIFFICULT TO OPERATE & FACED A WALL TO EAT. TV WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET REGULAR CHANNELS AND HAD TO VIEW FROM BED. WE HAVE BEEN IN HAWAII 4 TIMES & THIS WAS THE WORST. WE WERE MARRIED IN LAHAINA 30 YEARS AGO AND IT HAD ALWAYS LEFT VE RY PLEASANT MEMORIES. WE ARE 86 & 88YRS. OLD NOW & WISH WE HAD GOOD MEMORIES FROM THIS TRIP.
