Two furnished patios allow plenty of space for you to settle in and enjoy a beverage while taking in sounds of the ocean. The decor and design of this condo are inspired by classic Hawaiian architecture, so you'll be able to fully sink in and relax on island time. Each bedroom is upstairs and features an en suite bathroom as well as a mini balcony. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared pool with an ocean view, tennis and pickleball courts, and much more during their stay. Of course, you'll always be able to walk down to the ocean or Kiahuna Beach whenever you're in the mood.

Wonderful location, gorgeous views!
We had a wonderful time at Poipu Kapili. The location is perfect, the ocean views and sunsets are beautiful. The pool is clean and lovely. We highly recommend this location to all. Only suggestion would be to add a mattress topper to the beds, they were too firm for us.

Home away from home.
Charming large Hawaiian style condo in a great location wand close to the ocean. If you love to listen to the waves roll in, this is the spot for you. It is a very relaxing place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation in Poipu
Our family enjoyed our stay in this condo. There was plenty of room for everyone. While we had a few issues with some of the pocket doors, the unit is pretty well maintained, and great proximity to dining and beaches.

Great location!
We had a great stay at the condo. Coffee, restaurants, and shops all nearby. Close walking distance to the beach and restaurants at the Sheraton. A little farther walk to Poipu beach, but doable. The condo is comfortable and spacious. Great views from the living room, patio, and bedroom upstairs. If you’re traveling with 4 people, you will need to rent beach gear, eg, additional chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear etc. There was a small cooler available during our stay. Overall, a nice place!

Spacious condo with a wonderful ocean view.
Very comfortable condo with great ocean views from both downstairs and up. This is an end unit, so there is nice light coming in throughout. Beds are firm with good pillows and linens. Well equipped kitchen. The pool is lovely.

Amazing Unit
Second time staying in the Poipu Kapili complex and first time in this unit. Location was fantastic -- corner unit with both side and beach side (sunset view!) patios plus closest walking distance to Kiahuna Beach. Unit was spotless and well appointed. Really enjoyed our stay.

Well Equipped
Kitchen was very well equipped, home was clean and met our needs. Management was very responsive and considerate. Location was very convenient to beaches, restaurants and attractions on the south side and an easy drive to the canyon and the airport. Beautiful view of the ocean.

Loved the oceanfront! Very happy we had two patio areas. No air but with the ocean breezes we didn't need! Nice place clean had all the amenities we needed. Only issue was they need to replace a window in the second bedroom

We had stayed at this property 20 years earlier and Was so impressed decided to stay again. Condo was clean and perfect location. Couple issues to report Shower in Master leaked into kitchen, we reported and didn’t use remainder of visit. Ceiling Fan in bedroom stopped working first night Pool Code didn’t work No dishwashing tablets so unable to run dishwasher when leaving

Great location , with room for improvement
We loved the location and the size of the condo. Beautiful condo complex surrounded by green landscaping. Right on the ocean, separated only by a small street. Upstairs master bedroom has a phenomenal view of the ocean which is literally steps away! Right next to the Sheraton resort, so one can walk to restaurant and cafe. Some slight road noise due to an adjoining street - but not too bad. However the interior left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The downstairs living room couches seemed stained, the patio furniture was old and dirty, the carpet looked like it could have used a shampooing/vacuuming. We didn’t feel at ease with our baby crawling around. The bathrooms were clean, but we wiped a film of dirt off the surfaces. The furnishings/fittings looked old, which is ok as long as they work well. There was a master bedroom fan that was simply inoperable due to a clumsy switch( and nobody bothered to repair it, despite calling them). The upstairs bedrooms were very nice and cozy, the beds were very comfortable. Amazing view from the master bedroom. Lovely plantation shutters everywhere. I felt like I would have stayed upstairs during the entire stay, and avoid the downstairs living area. A little bit more attention to detail and thorough cleaning would go a long way. When you are paying close to 500 per night, you expect to be wowed. We’ve given three stars because despite the downsides we enjoyed the stay overall - mostly due to location

Spacious, perfect location
This was the perfect place to stay. I can't imagine anything better! The condo is enormous, three showers and bathrooms made it so easy for our family. The rooms and beds were big enough for us to really spread out. The location is incredible. We could see the ocean from our window, the beach is just across the street. There are restaurants within easy walking distance, the pool is even closer. The washer dryer made a huge difference in our stay also, I don't know what we would have done without it. Can't wait to come back again.

Great location
Beautiful condo unit on the end of complex . A definite plus.Relaxing pool. Beautiful sunsets. Short walk to shops ,restaurants,and Sheraton Hotel. All the amenities without the resort crowd. 2.5 mile walk to Spouting Horn. Thursday ,local art and farmer’s market ,including a hula dance. Across from Spouting Horn. (Botanical Garden) Listening to the ocean at night,with doors open and fresh air. Renting a car, exploring the island . We downloaded the Kauai Revealed App. It was very helpful when driving around the island.From the author of the Ultimate Kauai guidebook. Costco, very reasonable prices. Local food and history. Thanks Vacasa for the welcome basket. Nice touch! Amazing island and condo. This condo will always be my first choice for future stays.

Poipu Kapili unit 60.
Beautiful and well equipped with towels, sheets, clothes and dish detergent. Kitchen has anything you need and more. Maybe could leave a couple of cabinets free for food. Gorgeous views and the waves are “right there” for you to enjoy! Love the beauty of the mahogany wood everywhere. Very clean unit! The only drawback, which is not a “deal breaker”, is an occasional smell from the sewer lift station diagonally across the street from this corner unit. But the stunning sunset view and perfect ocean view (whales included) compensates for this! This complex is very beautifully maintained and is in a very convenient location to shops, restaurants and such.

Excellent access to the beach. Could hear the waves crashing from the bedroom. Spacious. Put the kitchen to use every day; it had everything we needed. Roosters were loud, but that's Kauai. If I had to nitpick, some of the shower controls were a little wonky. Would definitely come back.

Best Stay Ever
This townhouse was amazing from top to bottom. The view from the master bedroom put you literally just a few yards from the surf. Every need was provided for with beautiful artwork in every room. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need to cook with and outstanding restaurants were close by. A hard place to leave, but we will be back, next time with the entire family. Thanks for the hospitality.
