A vacation rental condo located just a stone's throw from Poipu's best attractions, Pili Mai 12B is where your search for the perfect Poipu condo begins and ends. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, Pili Mai 12B can accommodate up to eight guests. The primary bedroom with en suite bathroom offers a king-sized bed, personal flat screen tv, dual sinks, and a large walk-in tiled shower in the bathroom. There is a door from the bedroom providing access to the outdoor lanai. A secondary suite has a king-sized bed and its own en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with two side by side twin beds with a bathroom located right next to the bedroom. A pull-out queen sofa in the living room provides extra room for those who don't want to be left behind.

The focal point of this Poipu condo is the large gourmet kitchen with floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, tiled backsplash, granite countertops, and kitchen island. This area of the vacation rental is abundant with areas for sitting and relaxing while snacking on pupus (Hawaiian word for appetizers) and enjoying a cold beverage.

This luxury condo was recently constructed next to the scenic Kiahuna Golf Course in Poipu. There is central air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire vacation rental and personal televisions in every bedroom and living room. A washer and dryer are located in the vacation rental for convenience.

Guests are able to enjoy the brand new clubhouse with a swimming pool and jacuzzi and poolside lounge areas furnished with a full kitchen and barbecues. The vacation rental is located only five minutes from Poipu's best shopping, dining, and beaches.

What a wonderful stay in Poipu! Very centrally located, everything was very clean, amenities were amazing. Our family of 5 and grandparents and aunt fit comfortably. Beautiful complex right by the golf course and minutes from all the beaches. Beach toys, towels, ice chest all provided. Morning breakfast on the lanai overlooking the ocean. Truly a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Great property and location
We stayed at this beautiful condo for one week in July 2023. The condo is huge and plenty of room for everyone to relax. Plenty to do in the complex (gym, pool, grill) and in the area (shopping, beach, restaurants). Clean unit that is well stocked. If you arrive in the dark you may struggle to find the unit but that was our only hiccup.

Home away from home
This property was so comfortable for our family of 4. I would say 8 people would be happily comfortable too! It had a beautiful ocean view from the living room and both en suite bedrooms. There a couple of family friendly beaches about 5 minutes away with decent parking. It was super clean and the hosts were so generous and thoughtful with ample shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, etc. The team that manages the property were quick to respond, kind, and so easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Kauai.

As nice as it looks!
We were so impressed with this condo. It was as just as nice as it looks in the pictures. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the view from the deck is so nice. The condo comes equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach (nice beach towels, chairs, large umbrella, cooler, etc.). We also appreciated that the washer and dryer are full size and that laundry detergent was provided. The host even included a fresh bag of coffee and some lovely specialty salts for the kitchen. The pool and jacuzzi for the complex were also clean and enjoyable. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to being able to stay here again in the future.

Worth Every Penny
We had to make a last minute adjustment and were so glad we found this place. It was exceptionally clean and well run! We could see the ocean from our balcony and were only a short (like 2 minute) drive away from a popular beach. Such a great place!

Great stay!
12B is a great condo for vacation! We had a two week stay with grandparents, parents and two kids under 5. The unit is furnished with all things needed: kitchen appliances, linen and beach wise (chairs, umbrella, beach toys, pool noodles, cooler etc). The complex is wonderful! Easy walk down to the shopping center with a general store, Starbucks (walk just a little farther to the local coffee shop Little Fish, worth it). Short drive to longs drugs (CVS) and up the road to Koloa big save market. Easy drive from Lihue where there is Costco, Safeway and target. The property management was very responsive (via text message!) to a couple of maintenance items. The air conditioning is currently not working, due to back ordered part with supply chain issues. There are room AC units and the bedrooms are comfortable (a bit loud). The main area AC unit kept tripping the breaker so we didn’t use it, which was fine kept the windows open and had a nice cross breeze. This in the summer months when it’s hotter might back this upstairs unit it very uncomfortable. Overall wonderful stay!

Nice Place but...
We enjoyed our stay despite a bit of a rocky start. The listing didn't disclose there was no working central air conditioning and when we got there we found out that they had put room air conditioners in the bedrooms and living room. That was fine but we immediately blew a circuit breaker when they were turned on. We couldn't find the circuit panel to flip the breaker and we tried REPEATEDLY to get in contact with the propertery manager and couldn't. We tried every number in their directory and couldn't get a hold of anyone. There was an emergency number on a placard on the table and we tried calling it but no one answered. That call rolled to the emergency contact voicemail and we got a message that it wasn't setup so we couldn't even leave a message. A few hours later, my wife gets a text that tells us where the circuit panel was (but with no instructions as to which breaker is the problem) and we go and flip the breakers that were off to on. The next morning, we get a text telling us to flip the breakers off for the main AC. The neighbors kept parking in our driveway which was another headache as we had to end up parking some distance away a couple of times. Other than that, we had a great time! ;)

Beautiful new resort
This condo was beautifully decorated, clean spacious and had a view of the ocean. Loved that shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided, a few less things to pack. We were two couples, two elementary aged kids and the layout of rooms allowed for privacy and we each had our own bathrooms to use. We’ve stayed at this resort before and the pool/spa area was never busy and large enough and away from buildings that there isn’t a long list of HOA noise restrictions (beyond being reasonable of course). Only suggestion is that the unit offer some beach chairs, toys etc. Condo wasn’t advertised as having them but we’ve always been appreciative when they do.

Beautiful Condo located in Poipu
Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our time at 12B. The condo is beautifully decorated, and has all the necessities that you would need for a wonderful, comfortable stay. A nice touch are the large beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler for the days we spent at the beach. We found the kitchen to be well appointed for cooking, but would recommend grabbing your groceries at the Safeway in Lihue before heading to Poipu, as the selection is better there. Ask around for a schedule of local farmers markets, as there seems to be one everyday somewhere on the island. The fresh produce is amazing and the vendors are charming. The location of the complex allows for an easy walk to the shopping center and restaurants near by. We loved our morning strolls down to Little Fish for breakfast or an afternoon smoothie. We highly recommend staying in Pili Mai 12B.

Low points construction noise was awful the weekend was great when the construction is over five star place . 2nd hard to find the first night maybe better directions on the site thanks great place.

This place is close to perfection! Construction was the only problem- but we were away during the day-so didn’t really have much of an impact! The appointments in the home are fabulous from top to bottom! Beds are comfortable (bamboo sheets- I will be buying tomorrow) wonderful view of the ocean!! Kitchen great!! Pool and exercise area not available till 9:00- was a little disappointing because I like to work out early! All in all a great vacation- management of property were very nice and accommodating! We will come back and recommend to our friends! Thanks so much! Kauai is a magical place!

New condo complex with amenities and beautiful landscaping
Five stars overall, a 4 for the ongoing construction. Also, the dining room seating was not very comfortable for 5 adults, 4 chairs and a bench. We were gone most days so it was not an issue, but when we were by the pool it was very loud. The kitchen was well equipped with all major appliances and a blender. We cooked in a lot as it is expensive to eat out here. A few more handy utensils in the kitchen would be nice (salad spinner, kitchen tongs, better hot pads). They did supply a lot of soap (for washer, dishwasher and hands). The bathrooms were all supplied with conditioner, shampoo and body wash. BBQ's are located in common areas around the condos. You can walk 3 minutes to Paco's Taco's the restaurant for the golf course. It was a nice surprise, excellent authentic Mexican food at reasonable prices and friendly service. The location is handy to go restaurants, shopping and the nearby Poipu Beach is quite nice (washrooms, shower). The landscaping and pool area is well done. Showers, bathrooms, shaded seating. Not a lot of umbrellas by the pool and a few more chairs would be an asset. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, more than enough room in the condo for our party of 5 adults to have privacy and comfort.

A Great Home Base
We were four people: my girlfriend, and my daughter and her 14 year old son. We all loved this wonderful condo unit. Everything was so clean and new and quiet. This is a great base from which to hit the Poipu attractions. We will definitely book here again. Excellent beds and linens, and a good kitchen to prepare meals. This unit is OK
I would say 2 out of 5 stars. Good place, but a little different than all the information i read about it in advance: Pro’s – Like all of Pili Mai, it is new. Thus, it has granite countertops, a nice kitchen backsplash, and a modern feel. The main TV is nice. Alison was also helpful throughout our process trying to let us check-in a little early and keeping us up to date on anything. Con’s- 1. Well, it is new. Thus, there is a lot of construction. The primary view from this unit is a construction lot with a bunch of pickup trucks, mobile offices, and porta-potties. Yes, it has a distant ocean view, but you have to turn your back from the construction side and look over another parking lot. The pool area also has a ton of construction around it. It all just hurts the vacation/beach vibe. 2. While everything is new, it all feels like it is built with average quality, like they are trying to make it look like luxury, but do it on a dime. Our dishwasher struggled. The clock on the microwave was already burning out. The couch was very average. The AC worked great in the living area, but did not push at all to the back bedrooms which made them quite hot as we were there in July (something I read on other units as well). Our dryer ducts were being cleaned while we were there which seemed odd to me given this unit is probably only ~1 year old. The fitness area is nice, but does not open until 9:00. I assume that probably saves them a couple dollars by not having to open the pool area earlier, but it is just weird since a big part of the vacation crowd prefers to workout in the morning before the day starts with beach/activities. It will be interesting to see how this place really holds up over time. 3. The location is definitely unique. Obviously I knew it was off the beach when we booked it, but that was a challenge compared to all of those across the street. It is fine for a morning/evening jog or walk down to the beach, but too far for us to walk with chairs/coolers/boogie boards. Overall, this is a good place. It worked fine for our family and we really enjoyed Kauai. Just realize you are getting a high construction area off the beach and make sure you are getting a much cheaper rate for that compared to what else is out there. Thanks
