"The colonel his wife and the staff were all amazing. They went above and beyond. The property is beautiful and an oasis. I wish we would of had more time to spend here. I would have loved to of had the time to get to know everyone better. I cannot recommend this establishment more. If you are even close to Bikaner stay here."

"The property is very good. Gives you a majestic feeling of royalty. Vegetarian foods are not so much in the cuisine. Breakfast wide spread. The front office manager is very friendly. Like the way the welcome the guest. Not to mention 2 lonely dogs well taken care."

"The staff is outstanding at this beautiful property. We only stayed one night in Bikaner and weren’t expecting much based on some of the negative reviews we read on Trip Advisor before booking. However our experience was outstanding. We were warmly greeted and given two beautiful suites. The floor in our room had just been refinished and was still off-gassing. We asked to be moved and were promptly and cheerfully given another room. We arrived on Diwali and the hotel had fireworks on the front lawn and a dinner in the outdoor central courtyard. There were live musicians and an incredible dancer during dinner. Breakfast the next morning was great and the service was friendly and professional. To top it off our friends left behind some clothing. The hotel promptly texted me a photo of what was left behind and kindly mailed it to our address in India so that I could return it to them when we finally go back to the USA. Thank you Mr. Narendra Singh Shekhawat for going above and beyond. I happily recommend a stay at the Laxmi Niwas Palace. We look forward to returning. "
