Great location in the centre of town. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Arranged a great guide who provided a very good tour of everything we wanted to see in Kokopo and Rabaul. The restaurant food was excellent and the dining spaces were beautiful. Transfers to the airport. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend.

There is a sharp contrast between the cleanliness of Kokopo Beach Bungalow Resort and the nearby town. The resort was an unexpectedly welcome haven.

KBB is situated perfectly, and the dining balcony is stunning with the views! The food was delicious, but the service was not all that. I found myself waiting a lot, having to try to get the attention of the staff or even walking up to them to ask for service. There was also an issue with ordering a set with lunch, drink and dessert, where I didn't get the drink, and had to ask for the dessert after having waited for a very long time. The room in it self was good. I loved my little balcony where I could enjoy the late evenings.

I found the staff most friendly and accommodating-very professional. They were very kind and not fussy when mistakes were made. A totally pleasing experience. Rooms were very nice-with hot water!

This nice hotel has a great staff, and is easy walking distance to the Kokopo market and all the transportation options around there. They offer some great local tours (some a bit pricey) with very good guides. The restaurant is quite good, although their complimentary breakfast is somewhat basic. Their wifi only works in the lobby, and only sometimes (the first is their doing, the latter their ISP's doing).
