"The hotel was beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful, a very enjoyable stay. The breakfasts in particular were amazing, with a wide range of options and local food to try too, changing throughout the week so we really looked forward to what would be new each day. "

"Loved everything except that the check-in desk is a separate building inside the streets of Chania. So it was confusing and had to walk back and forth with our luggage"

"Definitely get the rooms with a balcony view of the harbour. It was lovely to sit there and take in the scene. Comfortable bed, good working AC and clean room. Also walkable to everything you want to see in town. "

"Very clean room. Near bus station. If you want to take a bus out of town, it's right next to the property. Very convenient to take airport bus to and from airport. Walkable distant to old town and harbour and Chalidon street. Quiet at night. Can rest well after day out. Reasonable pricing. Friendly staff. "

"The property is beautiful. Everything very new and excpetionally clean. There are great views from a large terrace with a small communal pool which is incredibly nice. We were made to feel very welcome and the host accommodating to some needs we had folllowing flight issues. The location is also good with a local town within 10 mins walk with some shops and resturants. I would recommend a hire car to provide easy access to Chania and the surrounding areas. I will definitely stay here again."

"It did not have as advertised; sea view, breakfast or parking available. It took 1 1/2 hours to check in, room was not ready by 3pm and directions to site were inadequate. There is no onsite help for anything."

"We stayed in the White room, which was simple and gorgeous, we had a super king size bed and fresh white sheets. Towels and sheets were changed regularly and the complimentary toiletries were very good quality products. On arrival there was a complimentary bottle of wine and sweets to share. "The property itself was fine. The property manager left without giving us any way into the property. I had messaged her that our flight was delayed. She didn’t seem to understand that people traveling don’t have constant access to data. We got there and there was no one there and no one at the office or any note for us. "One block from all the action in Old Venetian Harbour! Central air conditioning was very welcome. Close to all amenities like groceries, shops, cafés, bars restaurants. Area is quite “lively” at night during our stay. We could hear patrons of the many nearby bars and restaurants… didn’t bother us at all. Shower was lovely. Bathroom and half bath were appreciated by 4 adults! Beds were comfortable, no complaints!"

"Wonderful location with amazing views . A very well equipped villa located in a lovely village close to great beaches with lots of great Tavernas . The villa was spotless on arrival and has everything we needed for our stay . Even in the current heatwave we always had shade and a cool breeze and an amazing view. We will definitely return . "Casa Delfino is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the old city. Convent to walking, dining and shopping. We stayed at the hotel in November, during the off season and so it was quieter. Breakfast was spectacular and the staff were fabulous. "

"Property was clean, modern, and safe with nice view of water. Welcome beverage was an unexpected treat. Warm breakfast buffet was good. My only complaint would be the limited parking with no signage. The congested area is very convenient to the waterfront dining. Great hotel despite limited parrking. "

"George the the bellhop was extremely helpful , friendly, and gave us some recommendations on our route to see a few of the closest beaches. The hotels in a great location close to the port with plenty of really good food. Options parking was very convenient and breakfast was really delicious. Would stay again."

"The hotel itself is lovely and has beautiful amenities. The transport every 30 minutes to downtown Chania is a wonderful add-on, and the front desk people were all professional and had amazing service. My partner stayed here last year and this year again, and likely we will be staying next year "

"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. "Location of sublime! Tons of restaurants nearby, really good ones too. Lots of shopping as well. Breakfast buffet was very impressive, top quality and exceptional. My only issue was that the room was very small and more suitable for one person, not two. Otherwise, an excellent option. Private parking as well which we appreciated."
