"Stayed over for 2 nights here, while attending a large family and community event re my brother who died in April. We were very comfortable here, and the cottage is very attractive, obviously historic. It was super-well equipped with everything you'd need. Easy access from the road, close to the Kohukohu village, and a clear view across the harbour in front. Thankyou for having us, we'd come again if the need or opportunity arose. "

"Had the best experience there, after a long flight and drive from Auckland, waking to the sound of the waves crashing and spectacular view overlooking Ahipara bay. Host Jason and Renee gave us such a warm welcome and were available if we were in need of anything. House was immaculately clean and was very well presented. We highly recommend the beach pad,you will not be disappointed. My only disappointment was i should've booked it for longer. "
