"Perfect property for a large family birthday celebration, this is a very well set up home and has the most beautiful views out to the harbour and sand dunes , the weather was perfect and the deck was well used over the entire stay!We had a lovely weekend away together and highly recommend this property for the home and the location. "A lovely property, a newly renovated villa in a quiet location surrounded by fields. Mostly well equipped, but lacking a few details like somewhere to hang towels in the bathrooms. Bath plug leaked and TV turned itself on at full volume at 7.30 am!! Good location for access to Twin Coast rail trail."

"On arrival we were unable to open the lock box, so were unable to lock up when ever we went out.Pots and pans needed to be cleaned before using.Location was perfect.Would have been nice to of had some spices and oil available."

"Lovely welcoming hosts, Lise was prompt and attentive. We just stayed the one night but it was a very restful and relaxing stay, very private and serene garden areas to enjoy, and all just a short walk to the Kohukohu CBD : ) Very handy to the pub and shop and just across the street from the bowls club where the locals will happily welcome you for a sneaky beverage, there’s some folks there enjoying a bowl and a beer most nights during the summer nights."

Immaculately clean and fresh, such comfortable and inspiring decor (including from local artists!), comfortable beds, pillows and linens, exceptionally well-appointed kitchen...the stunning views from every window, the exhilarating outdoor "rain" shower and falling asleep looking out at the star filled sky...our family didn't want to leave!
