"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). "It was a really good and convenient place to stay. It is really close (walking distance) to the train station and to downtown where you find lots of places to shop and eat. The beautiful Christmas Market is also downtown if one goes during that season. The museums are close too- there is one actually right next to the hotel that is really nice- and transportation is a step away. I highly recommend it!"
