"The property has its charms. The spa isn’t large, but the staff are great in particular, Hai and Trang . In terms of the front desk we are very grateful for the help we received from Quoc. The floors in our rooms weren’t very clean, nor were the floors on our entire floor, leading to our room and elevator. The staff in the restaurant are friendly.
