"This was a great experience to have a holiday in a private villa with your own pool overlooking the beach. The villa's are starting to become a bit run down and need some updating, however they are kept very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. "We are very happy to stay at your villa The staff is excellent The whatsapp group is great, very convenient and always available. Thanks for everything. Some points for improvement 1. The ants in the kitchen and outside 2. The sunbeds are outside without mattresses (we asked and were told that there are no mattresses) And in general, a villa that hosts 4-6 guests must have a respectable outdoor seating area and not just 2 sunbeds."

"Perfect combination of pool and beach access with beautiful sunsets and comfortable amenities. Kuhn Kop was amazing and highly recommend you have her prepare a meal or two - simply fantastic! The villa is a reasonable walk or ride to restaurants and the beach was peaceful and safe. We loved our stay and we really enjoyed every minute! We took a boat ride to Angthong one day and enjoyed lounging, swimming, kayaking and massages at the villa. Definitely recommend and would love to return."

"Wir haben 9 Nächte zu fünft in der Villa verbracht. Anfangs gab es ein paar Probleme mit der Sauberkeit - vor allem das Geschirr - was aber relativ schnell gelöst wurde. Vanessa war immer gut erreichbar und extrem hilfsbereit. Die unteren drei Schlafzimmer sind in Ordnung und nur wenig muffig, dafür, dass sie unter dem Pool liegen. Die Poolpumpe ist sehr laut.
