This hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in around the world, on arrival Tristan made us a cup of tea to sit at the patio and chill before checking in. Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created. "Pleasant place with a great breakfast offer. Rooms were couzy and comfortable but with no air conditioning ( reason i gave 1 star less ). Staff was friendly and welcoming. "

"Supertrevligt litet hotell. Hunden fick även följa med till frukostbuffén. Lite buller från alla fina motorcyklar som kom ner till sjön men det var tyst 20.00 till sen förmiddag. Restaurangen hade bra mat. Många vandringsvägar och utflyktsmål i närheten. Tråkigt att hunden inte alls fick vara på det inhägnade området vid sjön. Vi tröstade oss med hundbad i vattendragen längs vandringslederna."

"Das nan E Bike's ausleihen konnte war super, foch die Fahrradroute R12 und Gartentour führt nur über öffentliche Straßen direkt nach Hartberg das war blöd. Bessere Radwege am Land wären erwünschenswert (das ist aber denke ich nicht die schuld des Hotels). War sehr sehr zufrieden mit allem. Danke war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. "
