"The location is awesome. The rooms are well designed and at a high quality standard (e.g. marble tiles in the bathroom. Bidet..) Bungalow with sea view - unbeatable. The location is not directly at the beach, but at an elevated location inside a forest area. So the view is incredible and super quiet. No street noise or smoke. Instead one can enjoy nature sound, birds, butterflies, some monekys climbing the trees and sometimes leguans and view at the sea the same time.The staff is very friendly....

"Property is a nice place. The service was very slow and bad. Checked in and was told there is a power failure, power will be up in 20mins and after an hour, power is not up yet. Checked in the room for stay with my sister, was only given one bath towel in the room. There is no amenity (shower gel n shampoo) TOP up on day 2. When we went to the pool and the beach, ask for pool/beach towel and was told they have run out of beach towel, ask for bathe towel instead and never arrive. Wifi was very...

".A super,restful week. A great pool, essential since the sea is usually rough and potentially dangerous on this stretch of coastline. Quality and quantity of food not up to scratch and pricey. Argued that breakfast not included although the small print said it was complementary when we booked it but the site was afterwards amended so the hotel did not honour the booking details. "This hotel away from the tourist area. Bit difficult to reach because of narrow road. It was very quiet hotel , we are the only one during the stay of two nights. Food and kitchen facilities are inadequate. Not happy management ask extra for extra bed in a same room. Because I have three kids and did pay for three people while I was booking. "
