"THE PROPERTY WAS IN A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD. THERE IS A CARGO TRAIN THAT PASSES A FEW TIMES A DAY BUT YOU DO NOT HEAR IT. THERE IS A SCREEN THAT SHIELDS ANY NOISE AND VISION OF IT. THE HOST WAS KIND, GRACIOUS AND ACCOMMODATING. IT IS ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES FROM THE OLD TOWN OF REGENSBURG.CERTAINLY A PLEASANT PLACE TO STAY.IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THERE ISN'T ANY TV OR LOUNGE AREA. WE WERE THERE IN DECEMBER 2024 AND THE INTERIOR WAS VERY WARM AND COMFORTABLE.WIFI IS ALSO INCLUDED."

"Hotel is very good condition, as very new. Room also very good condition and very clean.Staff very pleasent and frendly. Although there are just a few parking places in underground garage we were lucky and we park car in garage. "

"This hotel could be a better fit for international travelers with a few simple adjustments. Adding some basic amenities like a “Do Not Disturb” sign, tissues, USB plugs or outlet converters, and complimentary bottled water would be helpful. Another improvement could be ensuring housekeeping knocks before entering the room, as this can be unsettling for guests. On the positive side, the room was clean, which is always appreciated, and parking was convenient. These small changes could enhance the overall experience for guests from abroad."
