The separate, spacious apartment (65sqm) is located in a listed, lovingly restored, former servants house Bj 1900 in the National Park Saxon Switzerland. This includes a PkW parking space in the courtyard and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people, but it is ideal for use by 2 people, as the bedroom is a connecting room to the bathroom and in the living room only a sofa bed is available.

Many hiking trails start right in front of the house, the Malerweg leads past. S-Bahn connection, center and shops are about 10 minutes walk away.
For culturally interested guests there is the possibility to visit Dresden (about 30 minutes) or Prague (about 1 hour). This is especially recommended in the winter time. Of course, the Saxon Switzerland also offers ideal conditions for scenic winter hiking.

Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage
Liegt wunderbar oberhalb von Königstein! Idealer Ausgangsort für traumhafte Wanderungen. Wenn man mit der S-Bahn kommt, sollte man mit wenig Gepäck anreisen. Der Weg vom Bahnhof zur FeWo ist zwar kurz, aber steil.

Das "Schwalbennest" ist sehr gemütlich
Wir haben die FeWo gebucht, um einen kurzen Wanderurlaub in der Sächsischen Schweiz zu verbringen. Dafür ist das Schwalbennest ideal gelegen und ausgestattet, der Vermieter Oliver ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Gute Unterkunft
Ich habe 6 Tage mit meinem Hund dort verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sehr geräumig und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Da wir kühles Wetter hatten, war die Heizung sehr hilfreich und vollkommen ausreichend. Der Vermieter hält sich diskret zurück, man kann ihn aber jederzeit kontaktieren. Die Umgebung ist einfach herrlich, fußläufig ist alles erreichbar, allerdings immer bergauf oder bergab, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Mein Tochter (15) und ich (40) haben den Urlaub in der gemütlichen Fewo sehr genossen! Es war alles da was man sich wünschen kann und mit sehr viel Liebe und Sorgfalt eingerichtet! Von hier aus konnten wir die wunderschöne Natur bewandern, besonders die Tour zum Gohrisch war traumhaft schön! Jederzeit wieder!

Toller Urlaub - schöne Wohnung
Die Fewo ist toll gelegen, gute Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in allen Richtungen. Von der Ausstattung her wie beschrieben - alles vorhanden (bis auf Mikrowelle) was man sonst auch in seinem Alltag hat. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Anliegen. Der kleine Innenhof ist ideal an warmen Tagen. Auch für Hundebesitzer zu empfehlen.

Tolle Lage, Mangelnde Sauberkeit
Wir waren insgesamt vier Nächte in der Ferienwohnung "Schwalbennest" die mitten in der Sächsischen Schweiz liegt und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten und Ausflüge in die ganze Region ist. Leider ist uns bei unserer Ankunft bereits aufgefallen dass das Carport extrem unaufgeräumt war (hier standen Lacke und Holz rum), dieser Eindruck führte sich leider auch in der Wohnung fort. Bei der Wohnung an sich haben sich die Vermieter (die sehr freundlich sind) unseres erachten Anfänglich mühe gegeben und dann leider schnell die Lust verloren z.B. ist die Küche und der Kühlschrank neu und sehr gepflegt, jedoch war das Sofa (das auch als Schlafgelegenheit angegeben wird) alt und durchgesessen, die Schränke sind Uralt und man hat angst bei öffnen der Vitrine die Glastüren in der Hand zu haben. Zum Thema Sauberkeit: in den Ecken war es Extrem staubig und dreckig, an den Decken hingen Spinnweben, wir mussten das Bett verrutschen damit unser Kind nicht rausfällt hierunter haben wir eine dicke staub Schicht, alte Socken, Kaugummis, Taschentücher uvm. gefunden was extrem widerlich war! Das Bad war ganz ok lediglich die Dusche war in einem baufälligen Zustand, und die Silikonfugen waren schimmlig, was mehr gestört hat war der Ausblick auf Bauschutt und IBC-Container die direkt hinter dem haus in den Garten geworfen wurden (oder so ähnlich). Grundlegende müssen wir sagen wir haben uns in der Wohnung grundlegend nicht wohl gefühlt was nicht alleine an der Mangelnden Privatsphäre resultiert (die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss ohne Rollos und "man fühlt sich wie auf dem Präsentierteller" *Persönliche Empfindung).

Das Ferienhaus war genauso, wie es in der Anzeige beworben wurde. Unser Hund war willkommen. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Bettzeug und Handtücher sowie ein paar Basics in der Küche (Kaffeefilter, Spülmittel, Salz und Pfeffer etc..) waren vorhanden. Man konnte auf dem Hof parken - wenn auch die Einfahrt für sehr breite Autos tricky sein wird. Die sächsische Schweiz ist landschaftlich ein Träumchen.
