"１１月に３泊しました。最高のロケーション 、新しくてキレイ。ベッドも良質でした。 アルテマイスターもレジデンス城も歩いて行けます。同建物の1階にスーパーあり食材に困らない。モールビルもトラム駅も向かい、歩いて１分とかからない。空調、シャワーも快適。商業地区の真ん中ですが、非常に静かでした。 現地で受発信できるスマホは必須。英語設定で使っていますが、ドイツ語、英語ができれば何も困らないでしょう。（日本語しかわからないとエントランス、入室のセキュリティで難渋するかも）食器、ネスプレッソ、トースター、湯沸かし、電磁調理器、オーブンあり。ただし電子レンジはありませんでした。また来ることがあればリピートしたいです。"

"Wir hatten eine echt tolle Wochen im Schloss. Die Fotos entsprechen zu 100 % dem Objekt. Die Wohnung ist riesig und verteilt sich über 2 Stochwerke. Alle Zimmer sind toll hergerichtet. "This was located in a superb spot in Dresden. The host was really kind and accommodating. They met us upon our arrival to go over the house rules and show us the features of the apartment. We stayed with our 80kg Great Dane and 3 children. There were basically 6 people staying here and there was PLENTY of room. I highly recommend staying at this location."

"Wir haben einen Familienausflug (9 Personen) zur Festung Königstein gemacht. Von der Unterkunft aus sind es nur ca. 300m bis zur Bushaltestelle, die einen zur Vorderseite der Festung bringt. Der hier befindliche Weihnachtsmarkt war sehr schön, die Zeit, die man hier verbracht hat, war angenehm. Die gemietete Wohnung ist groß, sauber, ausreichend ausgestattet. Letzter Tipp: Eintrittskarten für die Festung müssen im Voraus online gekauft werden! Parken, nicht vor dem Haus, sondern ein paar Meter...
