Quaint cottage in Kodak on a quiet road where you can enjoy the peacefulness from the screened in front porch. The Kodak cottage is only minutes off of I-40 and the parkway to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The cottage provides a King bed and a bunk bed for the kids. There is also a pull out couch if needed. We have Spectrum TV app and high speed WiFi.

The cottage is also close to the Seven Islands State Birding Park and the French Broad River. Also less than 30 minutes from downtown Knoxville. This is the perfect quick get away where you can easily get to the mountains and the other attractions in the Smoky Mountain area.

Relaxing get-a-way for two❤️
My wife and I felt at home the minute we opened the door! A very cozy and very clean cabin in a quiet setting; but, with the ability to get to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area in 15-20 minutes. We loved the screened in porch and the “cabin” theme was well done and super stylish. This cabin had all the amenities to walk in and start preparing a meal, which my wife loves to do! We hope to visit again!

We were in the area for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay! The location is a bit off the beaten path but well worth it to have your own space and a homey environment. Property was in great condition with some recent renovations. We would definitely stay here again! Great deal!!

A very comfortable cabin that has lots of privacy. It is in the deep woods but handy to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You do need a GPS to navigate the area. We had a very pleasant stay and particularly enjoyed having a fire in the fire pit.

As usual, Andrew was very kind and professional with keeping in touch with check in and check out information. The property is amazing and the updated paint inside and out look great! Nice little cabin. Ceiling fans in every room-which we loved. Convenient to all of the Pigeon Forge area. But far enough out in the country to relax your cares away. Loved it. Would definitely go back!
