"Friendly team of staff led by Andrew who went out of his way to be provide any assistance we needed. More information needs to be provided during the check-in process about the hotel policies on hot water, cleaning and facilities timings to avoid misunderstandings. The restaurant manager was most helpful and the food served was freshly made and tasty. There were some flys in the restaurant which could have been avoided by plugging in an insect repellent. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The gym was disappointing as all the cardio equipment did not work and was not cleaned regularly. The massages at the Spa were excellent and the swimming pool was clean. "

"Amazing relaxing stay at Fort Kochi. The Ayurvedic massage treatment was incredibly relaxing, highly recommend. A bit of construction was a little noisey but they also provide ear plugs which helps. "

"This is a beautiful, relaxing luxury hotel in an excellent location for sightseeing in Fort Cochin. The hotel stay includes a number of complimentary activities to enrich your stay including an excellent early morning walking tour and a lovely narrated boat ride around the bay at sunset. The charming front office manager Mr. Arun Anthony narrated the boat tour and easily spoke about the history and cultures of this beautiful place. The food was excellent at the restaurants and the staff were gracious throughout the hotel. Do not hesitate to book your airport transportation through the hotel. The drivers are excellent and you are helped and escorted up to the airport security gate upon departure. The service is reasonably priced. Mr. Ashal was our escort through the airport and he was most helpful. A memorable hotel. Book an oceanview room to enjoy the sight of the container ships and fishing boats coming and going. This is also a very eco-conscious property. We highly recommend this property. "

"There’s no doubt this is a beautiful historical old hotel, rooms are comfortable and have lots of original features! Good aircon and comfortable beds. However it does need a little love and attention- could definitely do with a bit of renovation (there were some works going on whilst we were there) nothing major and it didn’t inconvenience us at all) so maybe in a few months improvements will show. The pool area was lovely but again a bit scruffy and run down and the water was murky. Overall we enjoyed our stay though, the location is amazing you are right in the centre of Fort Kochi - good value for money just needs some attention and it would be great! "
