"Good location but not worth it for amount of money spent. Rip off.. Food is not good. So i recommend not to get all inclusive package. Odor in halways and central area. Need cosmetic work. Need new manager possibly and interior designer. Its not upto standards of 5 stars"

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel but we were quite disappointed with the Black Sea. There was a lot of garbage floating about which made it unenjoyable for swimming. Kobuleti is not very big but that is what we enjoyed about it.
