"We had a good experience here. We requested a double room but ended up with adjoining rooms. The second bathroom was a nice surprise. The free breakfast was a very nice as well. We used the Park and Ride about 20 minutes from the hotel to travel into Prague. It was a very affordable and not too inconvenient way to visit the city."

"A very nice traditional hotel. Rooms were clean and nice size. There is limited parking in front of hotel and parking on the adjacent street. Staff were courteous and attentive to service. A Kolin resident told me we were staying in the best hotel in Kolin. We were very satisifed with everything. Breakfast, included, was well appointed. Internet WIFI in the room worked perfect."

"The president suite is amazing. Im also a geologist, and I was told the Owner is the same. I can see the influence of the decor based on this. The suite was so well suited for a romantic weekend. The bathroom was amazing. The view from both the main rooms was great for views of the main zizka square."

"The location was probably the best part of this place. It was just off the beaten path that we didn't have much noise with the windows open, but it was close enough to everything that it was easily walkable. They had a great continental breakfast that really helped us start our days out right. We ended up in one of the rooms at the very top, so our ceilings were pretty low, and caused several of us to hit our heads. That's the reason for the 4 star instead of the 5. Otherwise, it was great! "

"The hotel is in a pretty good location near by the main square, has a good parking lot, the property is remodeled and modern but unfortunately my husband and I were not able to get a good night sleep all 4 nights because the bed is extremely hard! Very uncomfortable 😣 and the pillows were super flat. There is NO AC, so we felt warm and stuffy in the room the entire time even with the window open. "The room was listed with A/C and it was my main reason to book it. But it was not any A/C. We could not sleep well during hot summer night. We slept with open windows. It was loud music from nearest night club and someone was smoking and talking in front of our window. I would never stay at the place ever again."

"We loved our stay at the Hideaway. Our children had so much fun there, we all wished that we had stayed longer! Kim and Ian are wonderful hosts who provided help and advice well beyond what was necessary. I cannot recommend them highly enough!"
