"The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We were there in the off season and arrived in a heavy rain and the staff made the check in process easy. We did an excurision for the hotel in a long boat to the islands with our guide Pong. I highly recommend it was great experience swimming in the lagoon, enjoying the beach and observation tower. "The simple was simple but we knew this when booking and it was great for a cheap-ish one night after exploring Yao Noi. The room was clean and we had a comfortable nights sleep. Receptionist was helpful booking taxis but wasn’t able to help with much more than this when we wanted to book a tour so you’re best booking that yourself beforehand. "This was such a lovely stay, strong AC, beautiful bathroom, fresh towels, and comfy bed/pillows which is so hard to find in Thailand for an affordable price!! Our host was amazing, dinner next door is delicious, 711 is right there, shopping, etc. Do yourself a favor and rent a scooter so you can cruise 5-10 minutes to all the beautiful beaches! THANK YOU!! "Everything about Laguna Villas meets the highest standard. The room, the food, the staff. The transport arrangements they made for us were flawless as well. The swimming pool is also stunning. We haven’t left yet but we’re already thinking about coming back."

"Nice view but very very basic and run down. Water has intermittent low pressure. Bidet shower has more flow than shower. Dead cockroach in bathroom. Would not recommend "
