"We absolutely loved our 5 nights at Dusit Thani! We spent most of our time in Krabi at the resort because it was so wonderful! The grounds , pools and beaches were spectacular! "One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they practically take care of you like a king/queen while staying there. The only issues I had with staying here was the breakfast and the smell that the shower makes when you turn on the water. "We were hesitant to book this hotel after reading some reviews and the price was so reasonable after what we had been paying. We arrived expecting average but we were pleasantly surprised at the room, very clean and the pool area was huge and very clean. "Great view! Room was clean. Staff were incredibly nice. Only issue we had was this hotel is not walkable to anything. The hotel does offer a free shuttle to the “big fish” statue by the beach at the top of most hours but if you need a shuttle not at the top of the hour its 50 baht/person. They will also pick you up from here. The hill to get to the hotel is difficult for most grab drivers and excursion drivers so we had to take the shuttle to the bottom of the hill and meet our ride there. Not...

Friendly Staff, Great Location, but Room Issues

"We recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall enjoyable experience with a few caveats. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made us feel welcome right from the start. The location was fantastic—convenient to everything we wanted to explore. However, the WiFi was hit-or-miss; it worked most of the time, but there were occasional frustrating moments when it didn’t. Our room featured a private pool on the patio, which sounded amazing in theory, but unfortunately, it was so cold we couldn’t use it. Additionally, we noticed some mold-like spots on the grout in the pool, which was disappointing and detracted from the luxury feel. Breakfast was slightly above average, with a good variety of options, but it felt in line with what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel—not extraordinary but satisfying. While there were a few drawbacks, we did enjoy our stay and appreciated the highlights like the staff and the prime location."

"Shad I think the luggage assistant name is? what a beautiful human being and is assist to the hotel what a kind human being. All the staff are friendly and professional the hotel is in an excellent location 2 min walk from the pier with the 7eleven right on your door step. There are stalls and restaurants straight in front of the hotel great place to stay thanks for having us "
