"The rooms are spacious, with good solid wooden funitures. Though aged and used they still looked nice and worked well. Bed was neither hard nor soft. The aircondition had a life of it's own. "Surroundings beautiful . Villa great but reception not friendly. Check out tool 40 min system does not work. Get the feeling they are trying to charge you significantly more for exertions transport because you are in a 5 star resort. Tip got to fisherman’s village to book trips and transfers"

"Great position on Ao nang beach front property. Nice rooms to stay in but upgrade for them don’t go for the cheap ones. Nice gardens around the property. 3 lee downs were, 1 both pools looked a bit murky so didn’t use them, loos near restaurant and beach were filthy and in desperate need of upgrading, seriously, a good regular clean would have been nice, I complained a couple of time about cleaning them!! "Beach access very limited around the island. This hotel has both direct beach access and loungers which is unusual. Unfortunately most of waterfront on the island is clogged with boats. Will say the wifi is very bad. We stayed in villa 129 and there was no wifi signal there! Overall a nice clean property with decent breakfast offerings. Very disappointed in the onsite restaurant - had dinner there on our last night. Would skip it for many other great options nearby. "

"This small resort was incredible! It was truly paradise. The restaurant food was pricey compared to Thai dishes outside of hotel but the Thai dishes were very delicious. The western dishes were ok, but sufficed to mix up eating Thai for every meal. Breakfast was included and had amazing view of ocean and buffet style, very delicious. The staff was all so kind and welcoming and very helpful! Would stay here again! "

"We spent six nights at Phi Phi Relax resort. We were a bit unlucky with the weather most of the days, with rain, strong winds and lots of clouds, which we were told was very unusual. "The room was great and the view from the balcony was amazing from higher up! We saw reviews that there are a lot of stairs to get there but we are medium-fitness level and it was no issue for us. We liked that it wasn’t right next to the main strip because it wasn’t as loud at night. Would recommend! "

"Everything about this property is exemplary. The staff were so kind and helpful, we loved the primitive but low-key tech friendly villa, the food was excellent and day tours to the Phi Phi Islands and diving, snorkeling etc were breathtaking. I have been blessed to stay in 5 star resorts in Australia, the Caribbean Hawaii etc and would rank this the best. Of course we will be back soon! "

"Very cool place, the pool is perfect and the view is unreal so to have both is amazing especially for the price. Do think the place could with some updating as it’s beginning to look dated. The hill up to the property is very steep, some taxis and drivers won’t go up there so be mindful of that when you’re booking. Me and my partner are young and fit and it was a task. There is a shuttle that runs throughout the day that’s free to guests so if you time it right you won’t need to worry. "

"This was one of our favorite properties, we were located on the second floor and even though the front desk said it didn't have a view it have a really nice view of the mountains. The bed was super comfortable, large pool and recliners available, its basically a mini apartment with a kitchen, full fridge, spacious shower and a large balcony. "Nice area, great room, comfy bed, loud aircondition and party until midnight. Breakfast wasn‘t so good like the other recommendations said. A big selection but everything a little bit dirty and too much. Poolarea was always full because some people reserve the place with there towels in the morning. Liked the view, the shower and the service. "
