"Great location clean room great views."

"The pictures don't give an accurate view of the size of the rooms. Space was not good for a tall person. The one pool had only 8 lounge chairs. The elevators were tiny also and you had to wait to use them. It also, was not near the beach. It was on 2nd road not the beach road. Limited oceanview from the condo building. Bed was uncomfortable too. Had to pay for electricity and wifi. Didn't stay the whole time. Checked into a hotel that was way less money and more roomier. Would not recommend this...

"2개의 객실을 예약했고 모두 바다뷰 라고 하였으나 시티뷰와 건물뷰 였고 한개의 객실은 안방 에어컨이 고장난 상태고 하나 남은 에어컨도 물이 계속 흐르는등 매우 좋지 않은 컨디션이며....아파트먼트라는 특성상 객실청소가 되지 않았습니다. 같은 가격에 호텔을 가는 것이 훨씬 나을 것 같습니다"

"The Base is ideally located in the center of all the action. I have a sound sleep, therefore the noise from the bars didn't bother me, but for sensitive people, despite the 22nd floor, music gets carried all the way up. I particularly appreciated the functional kitchen with almost everything I needed, as compared to other units which at times lack the bare necessities. If I may suggest some easy improvements: a stronger light in the bathroom, a small bedside lamp as well as a safety deposit...

"The host let me know the day I was to come over and get the apartment that the apartment was not ready for tenants.....He then, asked me if I would look at another property. He then proceeded to charge me double the asking price and wanted me to put down 2000 Baht for light and air. I said no. I wanted my money back. I spend the next, 3 days trying to get my money back from this host. I never received a room and I still don't know if I got refunded my money from this ordeal......"
