Great stay
We had a great stay here while attending a concert on UT campus. The property was very clean, exactly as described and a pleasant stay for all of us. Despite it's close proximity to the interstate it was surprisingly quiet while inside. Really appreciate the fact there are no requirements at checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood around the property was not the most desirable, however, the privacy fence surrounding the entire property made it a lot better. When you walk into the house, it was super clean and spacious. It could use some ice trays in the freezer, there was no ice. Also, it listed that there was a hot tub and there is no hot tub! Other than that, it was very nice and close to downtown where we needed to go for a dance competition.

Great weekend stay in Knoxville!
This house is adorable and immaculately clean! We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location had easy access to the UT campus as we were there for a campus visit and football game. The host was very quick to respond when we had any questions. The TV's are huge and plentiful throughout the house. The beds are very comfortable. We were even provided Kcups and coffee creamer. We highly recommend this property!
