Great, relaxing place to stay!
The house was well put together with character. The host was very responsive and helpful. Close to downtown but not in the middle of all the traffic. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay in Knoxville at this trendy little home. Host had great communication. Loved the kitchen & bathrooms! House was spotless and located close to the University campus we were there to visit. Loved our visit and highly recommend.

Great small cottage, all updated and very clean. Location was perfect for the Univ of Tenn move in. Only negative was road traffic and noise but would still stay there again

Don't judge a book by its cover. A lot of construction going on which will likely make the area very desirable. The inside is well decorated and extremely clean.

Perfect Spot!!
We rented this to stay in until my daughter’s apartment was ready while she started school at UT. Very clean and close to campus - would be PERFECT for a UT football game. Owner was very helpful and anticipated needs very well. Excellent communication.

Pictures don’t do this gem justice!
This small home was perfect for our stay and drop off for our two daughters @ UTK! It was clean, inviting and impeccably decorated. Lovely little home. The neighborhood is slightly outside the school radius and a car was mandatory. I can’t wait to go back!

My sister and I met in Knoxville to spend the week together and time with my niece, who attends the University of Tennessee. The house was perfect! Super clean. The decor was extremely esthetically pleasing. So much attention to detail. Close to UT, shops and restaurants. The host was so kind and pleasant. Highly recommended! Looking forward to staying here again.

Stay was awesome, house was clean and ready for our arrival. Property owner gave us all the information on the property in a timely manner, even had a power outage in the community Saturday morning (no fault to the owner) and they were quick to get in touch with us in case we weren't able to complete some check out task. All and all would definitely use again. Thanks for the great weekend in Knoxville!!!

Beautiful house in Knoxville
Beautiful, very clean house. We walked everyday into downtown Knoxville. Only 1.5 mile walk to the center of downtown and the views walking over the bridge are fantastic. Host was very responsive and helpful. There are no side walks around the home but it’s only a two block walk before you are on sidewalks all the way into the city.

Great for a quick visit to Knoxville
The property was very cute with a spacious floorplan and room for two couples or a small family. It was a great home base for my partner and I to work in the morning and explore the city and Ijams Nature Center. Trinh, the property host, was responsive to our notes and questions. Note to travelers: while it's close to the bridge, it's not easily walkable into the city. Would recommend for those who wish to be a little removed from downtown. Also, street traffic and proximity to an apparel manufacturing plant cause some road noise that could be problematic for light sleepers.

Beautiful and Cozy
The listing is exactly as the pictures and description states. It is beautiful, I happened to see online what the home looked like before the remodel and it is a completely different home. We got in very late and the open plan and decor was a welcome sight at midnight. I did pass the house as it is the first when you turn on street so, to be honest, was a little concerned in the area. But in the light of day it is a nice area. Looks like in the next year there will be updates and building in the area in 2024 which will refresh neighborhood. Trinh was great with communication and a wonderful host. We walked into town for breakfast about 20 mins and lots of shops and eateries. There was a weekend farmer’s market too. Looking forward to our next stay!

Clean, comfortable updated home in developing neighborhood close to UTK. Owner was very responsive when contacted. I suggest having an information sheet available in home with specific helpful tips re: trash disposal, setting thermostat, etc.

Great Location for UT Game
The location was perfect for Neyland Stadium. We were able to walk there since no Ubers were available. The home was clean and communication was great! It was the perfect weekend in Knoxville.
