Our beautiful house is located in West Knoxville. The house is over 2700 sq.ft with a huge master bedroom +2 bedrooms, 1 office, dining, living room, breakfast nook. 3 bathroom and a full kitchen. The lake is connected in the backyard and you can fish right in the backyard. Beautiful and private backyard with gas grill and fire pit.

Very disappointed.
House didn’t really look the pictures at all. There were over 100 lady bugs in the bathroom upstairs and owner stated “it was normal”. One or two is normal not nests of them. Also, only one shower worked, so we had to share it with 8 people. Laundry machine was broken, owner did say he would have someone pick up clothes to wash, but we didn’t feel comfortable giving our stuff to a stranger. Overall very disappointed and do not recommend at all.

Convenient location
Cabinets need to be fumigated. Plenty of hot water, water pressure, very comfortable mattresses, decor looks like all obtained from second hand stores, walll wild animal heads not necessary.

Paid for 7 nights but moved out after one and stayed that night only because we arrived late and had no where else to go. There issues with dead bugs, dirty carpet and appliances. Dirty toilet and low quality furnishings. We have stayed in numerous homes around the country and this was the worst. No attempt to make this a welcoming vacation home. Owner tried to bribe us for a five star review. Don’t believe those other reviews. Not sure how he got those

Perfect Location
Property manager was extremely helpful and positive. This was a work trip and most work done in neighboring Marysville township. It was in the perfect location. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Would definitely book again.

Perfect Location
This house was the perfect location for our visit. The bedrooms were furnished a little differently than pictured but it worked well for us. There was a twin/full bunk in the downstairs office. The bedroom pictured with bunks actually had a full or queen and a twin. The property manager was very prompt with communication.

Roomy home in good location
We came to visit our son who recently moved to Knoxville. This location puts you near many nice restaurants, shopping for necessities and expressways. We were able to have game night, movie might and get caught up with our son. Lots of room to spread out in this house!
