Wonderful Family Home
We were in town for a wedding. There 3 families that stayed and the house was perfect. The host was accommodating to our request for an earlier check in date which we are grateful for. I would definitely recommend this home to this with families.

Perfect for our UTK Graduation celebration
Perfect for grandparents, parents and other family to stay for my daughter’s graduation. All one level and lots of space! Very clean and well stocked. About 15 to 20 minute drive to UTK. Would definitely recommend.

Home base for family wedding
House was perfectly located to use as a home base for attending a wedding and related events. Very spacious and met all our needs. Check in was super easy with the electronic access code provided the day before arrival. Neighborhood was super quiet. Would stay there again.

This was our third time renting this property and again, a comfortable stay. Plenty of room and bathrooms for all. Great kitchen. Very quiet cul-du-sac and close to where we needed to be. We enjoy this rental.

My buddy & I were in town for the Big Ears Festival. It was great to have this sanctuary away from it all. Room for us to sprawl and isolate. Not elegant but plenty of comfort for two old guys.

Volleyball tourney at Sunsphere.
Rented this home - 15 mins away from Knox convention center / World’s Fair - 11 of us with plenty of room. Needs minor repairs and updates, but the accommodations served us well. With that in mind - I would stay again.

Great Stay!
We really enjoyed the house during our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone (5 of us). I would warn folks that one of the bedrooms/bathrooms is only accessible from another bedroom. So if you have kids it's great, but with a full group of all adults someone's bedroom will end up being a potential high traffic area.

Knoxville Birthday
We stayed at Brenda’s property for my fiancé’s birthday weekend in Knox. The property was very spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend. We slept 7 adults comfortably and everyone had lots of space. Getting to downtown Knox was easy, we either drove ourselves or took an Uber and had no issues. I would definitely recommend Brenda’s property to anyone coming to Knoxville!

We booked several properties from these owners/hosts. We could not have been happier! The properties were mostly adjacent to each other, though our massive family exceeded even that. The hosts were flexible, friendly, helpful yet not intrusive. The properties were clean, modern and in good repair. Who could ask for more.

Restful and peaceful!
Would like to thank Mrs Hilary and the young women on check out. Both were very friendly and professional, made me feel at ease When they answered all my questions I had, since the beginning when I was trying to book my stay. The house was clean and very spacious. Kitchen had all the necessary items to cook for 10 people. The house is as pictures on web. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Family Wedding
This was a great option for our extended family to stay while visiting Knoxville for a wedding. All the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The bedroom layouts are a little strange, but it worked for our family. We appreciated that there was a portable crib. The family areas were nice with comfortable furniture. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores, convenient stores. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck. Very close to downtown and 30 minutes from the zoo. Could use some minor repairs (patio door very hard to open) and some visible wear and tear (master bathroom). I would stay here again.

The rental process was simple. Was very surprised about the repair work that was needed to the back deck the missing fixtures for the bedrooms and the exposed wires there was also a ant problem in the master bathroom some of the furniture is very worn refrigerator doesn’t get very cold
