Aufzug, 2 Tiefgaragenplätze unter dem Haus erreichbar über Parallelstr.(bitte in Anzeige angeben!) ,exorbitante Parkgebühren auf öffentl. Parkpl.,Infos der HUSWELL-Verwaltung nur allgemein, nicht wohnungsspezifisch,z.T falsch, automatisiert über Internet, tel. problematisch (Sprache). Abbuchung der 2.Rate vertragswidrig ca. 1 Monat vor vertragl. Datum, Protest wirkungslos. Schlüsselkastenzugang erfordert Körpergröße min 1,80 m. Trotzdem sehr schönes Familientreffen.
