Excellent location, great value for the price
We had a great time at in Knokke and were satisfied with this property. It is a small 1-bedroom with an excellent location. I would recommend it to a couple, a couple with one or 2 small children. For older children, this property would be too small. You can see that the owners made an effort to make this property rentable. It's well equipped, if anything, a bit too well - there are lot of fragile items (glasses/plates) that I would remove. The reason being that the renter has to take responsibility and verify the inventory - this was a bit of a chore and a headache ( I don't expect to count china on a vacation). Also, the owner should provide garbage bags - to have to buy them for yourself and try to figure out the garbage system by yourself is way too much to ask from a tourist. I should say that the bedroom is not closed off (the glass is missing from the window to the kitchen, and there is no door either) so do not expect privacy in the bedroom. The kitchen/bathroom layouts are both a bit odd and inefficient. My only other minor complaint would be about the electric stove - it's extremely weak - took me 15 minutes to boil 1L of water on maximum setting. The oven worked excellent however. I would prefer having the option of a cleaning charge so you don't have to clean yourself....

De foto’s komen niet overeen met het werkelijke verblijf. Er zitten overal barsten in de muren, los behang, kasten in badkamer vallen uit elkaar. Het appartement is alles behalve goed onderhouden en niet al te net. De eerste dagen hadden wij geen warm water, hier is dan uiteindelijk een loodgieter voor gekomen maar nog steeds was het niet al te warm. De communicatie met de eigenaars was ook niet al te fijn, ze ontkende elk probleem en wou hier ook niet over praten. Ook de rolletjes die voor de ramen hangen waren geplakt met plakband omdat deze waren gescheurd. Wij raden aan dit appartement niet te huren omdat die zijn geld niet waard is

Wir sind Nachts angekommen und haben ohne Probleme in die Unterkunft gefunden. Dort ist uns dann schon beim öffnen der Tür aufgefallen, dass der Eingangsbereich schon seit Jahren nicht mehr repariert wurde. Das ganze zog sich durch die gesmate Wohnung. Ebenso war alles recht schnutzig, incl Flecken an Wänden, Polstermöbeln, Boden, ... Wenig einladend. Das Schlafen war unmöglich, die Matraze auf dem "Bett" war komplett durch, die Couch total dreckig und fleckig, also konnte nur meine Frau auf dem Ledersessel schlafen, der war noch einigermaßen sauber. Ansonsten alles runtergekommen, defekt und unansehnlich. Ich habe denn versicht etwas zu schlafen, mit der Konsequenz, dass ich am Morgen dann einen Hexenschuss hatte und wir den Urlaub abbrechen mussten. Für 200 € die Nacht bekommt man sicher auch ein hübsches Hotel mit Frühstück, war allerdings zu der Zeit keines frei. NIE WIDER!

Grauenhaft und enttäuschend!!
Die Fewo war schmutzig, heruntergekommen und hatte sichtbare Wasserschäden. Das Schlafzimmer war eine kleine Kammer. Das Licht war defekt. Die Matratze war durchgelegen und sehr fleckig. Das Beistellbett war defekt und die Gästecouch eine Katastrophe. In der Küche fehlten Kochlöffel, etc.! An den Kochtöpfen fehlten teilweise die Griffe. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist mangelhaft! Einzig die Lage der Fewo hat uns ein bisschen entschädigt!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein für vier Personen, die Duschkabine ließ sich nur einen Spalt öffnen, auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen, z.B. staubige Ablagen in der Küche, Licht im sogenannten "Schlafzimmer" war defekt, zum Teil bröckelt der Putz von der Wand. Lage ist top.

Auf dem Klappsofa zu schlafen ist praktisch nicht möglich. Risse in den Wänden, abgewohnte Möbel, usw. Zum Glück waren wir nur über das Wochenende dort und das Wetter hat mitgespielt.

Die Kommunikation war super. Bei schönem Wetter ein super Domizil. Mit zwei kleinen Kindern etwas zu klein, da es für die Eltern keinen Rückzugsort wie Balkon oder Terrasse gibt. Für einen kurzen Urlaub, aber ausreichend.

Studio bien situé et équipé - Petit bémol pour personnes âgées
Studio bien agencé et équipé, immeuble récent, au 1er étage dans rue calme, à 50m de la plage entre le casino et la place Rubens. Le mur gauche du salon et le plafond de la SDB devraient être réparés/rafraîchis. Les stores ne sont pas suffisamment occultants (= réveil précoce) Possibles difficultés pour personnes âgées: il faut se tordre le cou pour accéder aux molettes de la boîte à clés située dans la boîte aux lettres + descendre/monter du lit surélevé dans l'alcôve est risqué la nuit. Mais nous avons passé un bon moment !

Een geslaagde midweek voor ons gezin
Compact appartement en heerlijk ruimtegevoel dankzij mooi livingraam met uitzicht over tuinen van overburen. Hoekje om en je bent op het strand. Rustige locatie vlakbij hartje knokke. Geschikt voor een gezin met 1 of 2 lagere school kinderen.
