"Nice modern room with good kitchen facilities and large bathroom, bed was really comfy and the room was clean. Had tea, coffee, sugar, and milk when we arrived and the toiletries smelt lovely! It’s in a good location about 10 mins walk from Byron Bay centre along the beach and had parking outside. There is a pool but we didn’t use that on this occasion as only there one night. There was a very helpful lady when we arrived, she wasn’t staff but she helped us get the keys as there weren’t staff...

"Victoria is a wonderful host. Her accommodation is luxurious, comfortable and pristine. She thinks of everything to help her customers feel instantly welcome. Our bedroom and on suite bathroom was beautifully presented and the bed super comfortable. Victoria’s place offers a peaceful and relaxing place to chill out at, after a busy day in Byron Bay. "Beautiful room and bathroom, tasteful decor. Decent teabags (British reviewer) and proper coffee provided along with fridge and toaster. Pool and surround quite small but clean and shady. There is a railway line between the house and the beach, didn’t hear any trains but might be an issue for people with small children wanting to get straight on to the beach.
