"This place is a gem. A wonderful, secluded gem. The cabin sits by itself, surrounded by nature with no one else around. Very quiet. However, within about 30 minutes give or take you can be at Garner State Park or our favorite, Lost Maples Sate Natural Area. The hosts are very accommodating. "

"The mobile home was really clean, close to town, very quiet. It your looking for a hunting base camp or in town to visit family, it’s good for that. If your looking for the honeymoon suite, this is not it. The picture of the porch and the scenic Mountain View does not belong to this house. Again, it really was clean and worked well for what we need. "

"Our family genuinely enjoyed our long weekend getaway to the Frio / Garner State Park through this cozy and cute rental! It was clean and well kept, spacious for kids to run around and play outside, and we enjoyed the short walk down to the stream several times. The fire pit could have been a little deeper (to keep it from being too hot to sit near on the stone benches that are provided) but otherwise the location and property itself was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again and...
