"This is a clean hotel with really friendly staff. My only complaint is our room smelled of smoke, especially the bathroom. It wasn’t enough to make us leave and I know this hotel is all non-smoking now, but the rooms have definitely been smoked in previously. Just something to consider if traveling with kids or allergy sensitivities."

"The hotel itself was excellent. Clean and modern. Everything worked, lots of parking. Staff was excellent and accomodating. The area itself around the hotel....let's just say there isn't a lot to do in Sidney in January. No shopping to speak of, nowhere really to visit, no movie theatre, no local sports teams to go watch. Luckily, the hotel's internet works great, so streaming Netflix working fine. "

"I have stayed at this property several times and I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are good and pet friendly which is a huge plus because my birds travel with me. There is also a communal kitchen available for cooking meals. There are long term residents at the property that I have met and have become friends with so it's nice to see familiar faces during my stay. Glendive Lodge is my go to place to stay when traveling back and forth from Wisconsin to Montana. "

"It has been a number of years since we stayed at Astoria. Clerk was friendly. Hotel is under renovations, but clean & neat. Unfortunately the pool & hot tub were unavailable because of the renovation, which is understandable. We will stay again. "
