"I was misled by the drone photo of the property. There is an industrial zone between the property and the ocean. The room door was like a safe door, heavy with a 4-pronged bolt. It hinted that the area needed extra safety precautions."

"This is really an amazing place. The room was outstanding. The staff was very helpful to give us a lift to the hotel from Kastav and back (the entrance gate was to narrow for our van besides it was heavy raining when departing)."

"A stunningly gorgeous hotel! Whoever did the design deserves an award. It was clearly designed to be utilitarian, as there was a spot for everything, not just random rooms thrown into a building and then letting guests figure out where to put their belongings. The balcony was spacious, the bathrooms were nearly perfect, although I would have liked a bit more water pressure in the shower, the bed was comfortable with pillows that were not too flat, not too firm. I would without question stay at Hotel Jama again if I am in the region! "

"Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. "
