"We are a family of three who stayed at Hotel Villa Grande for five nights. The hosts, Charlotte and Keld, showed us excellent hospitality! The cleaning is super, and so is the breakfast! We also had an indoor pool and jacuzzi to our disposal. We are very happy with the stay, and we will come back!"

"Well, I didn't see any human being from arrival around 5pm to leaving at 8am. Quite inhospitable & unwelcoming Bed looked like maybe hadn't been changed from the previous guest. Pillow case looked grubby. I needed a second pillow but there was no pillow case at all for that, so I stuffed both pillows into my jacket so I could put my face on that. Slept on the covers in my clothes. Breakfast was another new experience. No one there, no sign of food other than a bunch on bread rolls in baskets...

"Das Haus sowie die Umgebung sind ansprechend, jedoch war die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter äußerst enttäuschend. Wir wollten das Haus betreten, stellten jedoch fest, dass der Schlüssel fehlte. Dies führte dazu, dass wir im Winter mit kleinen Kindern draußen in der Kälte warten mussten. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Novasol wurden wir zunächst angewiesen, den Schlüssel an einem bestimmten Ort abzuholen, was dann jedoch kurzfristig wieder zurückgenommen wurde.
