"It’s an old building, hallways still array it, but my room was perfect. It’s looked freshly refurbished, clean. Bedsheets smelled beautiful and bathroom was efficient too. Location is great, busy steps away, yet the hotel was quiet. Stayed few nights with a Christmas fairs going on next block, slept through all that. Surely didn’t expect much for the price, but it ended up being fabulous stay. "

Extremely strange door access system, I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who doesn’t have a smart phone or anyone who doesn’t have EU roaming, as you have to call a number every time you want to get access to the flat. Theres no key or anything and although it said check in until 10pm, there was no one on site to help us at any point. You have to email or WhatsApp a photo of your ID ahead of time before they will enable your ability to access the flat via the phone...

"The staff were extremely friendly and spoke perfect English. They were very helpful with arranging taxi pick-up from the airport. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the hotel was tastefully decorated with modern art. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the heart of the town but still convenient. The only disappointment was the misleading pictures of a pool- the receptionist told us that it was not heated, small and not worth using."

"The apartments are good. Really good communication to access the property. Unfortunately, our Premium room was not cleaned and was as the last guests left it. I called the property number issued and spoke to Laura. She jumped on this straight away and offered us another room instantly. She came and introduced herself and apologised for the oversight. We stayed in the new room, despite being offered the original one. Overall, great location and really like how Kaunas has an unspoilt feeling."
