"What a lovely hotel, clean and modern, staff were so friendly and helpful, 20 min tram ride into the city centre (less than 5 min walk from hotel) will definitely be going back there when next in Prague. "

"Good for the price and would stay again, it was decent overall and made for a comfortable stay. That said this place was a little bit rough around the edges- the cookware in the kitchenette was comically shoddy past the very basics. I mean the big knife was literally bent at the end and the skillet was rusted through. They also have a pretty loose definition of housekeeping and the bathroom had a little bit of a smell. But regardless it was clean and comfortable in the ways that matter most and it was right next to the tram stop."

"Second stay in his wonderful hotel. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. Lovely cjean rooms with great facilities. Hotel is conveniently located just 30 minutes walk from the Old Square. Highly recommended"

"My stay in Tower II was comfortable, and the bus to Ceska Lipa from Duo is convenient. But *the* reason why I'll be back is the staff -- in particular, Barbora and Austin were so incredibly patient and helpful when I had a million questions. Barbora even helped me plan a very busy day of sightseeing in Prague AND put a ton of effort into booking me and a coworker a private car when we had some oversized luggage and needed to drive far. Both she and Austin were incredibly friendly and personable, and I had a great time chatting with them before heading to bed. (Honorable mention goes to Pedro, who joined at the end of the conversation but was also very pleasant and fun!) Everyone's English was impeccable, which made the whole process a lot easier for someone who doesn't speak much Czech. Děkuju, Barbora, Austin, a Pedro!"
