"The hotel was fairly well maintained and the room I stayed in seemed to have undergone a bit of recent renovations, which felt nice to have a new bathroom to use. The hotel was easy to locate with the use of GPS. However, it is not located near any convenience stores or any eatery that opens early for breakfast. The check-in staff seemed rather unfriendly during my check-in process. For the price I paid, I was not impressed with the service I received."

"I have booked three rooms. My brother stayed in one. The room has no windows. The pillows smell terribly bad. So was the bed. He couldn't sleep in the bed. When he complained, he was told all other rooms were fully booked. No help was available. When he showed up at the front desk, they suddenly found another room, which was barely satisfactory. He assured me he wouldn't return to the hotel again. "
