"Check in staff was friendly and helpful, although the room was clean many of the floor tiles leading to the bathroom were damaged and loose causing my wife to stumble as her house shoes caught on these tiles. Could have led to a major fall with serious consequences. Some areas around loose tiles sagged when stepped on. Possible some kind of leak was cause of uneven floor. We paid aan extra $25,00 fdor each dog and unfortunately one got sick We cleaned all areas of the room affected and gave them another $50.00 for the housekeepping staff as we had to use the hand towels tocleanspots on the fug.
