"Warning! Stay away from this rental and vendor! House was dirty, there was no heat in the bedrooms, no bedding on the beds and the yard was overgrown. The fridge had not been cleaned in weeks! Quite obvious that this place is unmanaged and uncared for. We contacted the management company to advise them of the deficiencies but did not hear back from them for 2 days so were, therefore, forced to vacate and to rent another house in order to stay in Denmark . Best part, no refund, or service, from Novasol or the owners, so we are out for the entire 5 day rental. Very very bad service. We expected more but didn’t get anything in return! Shame on Novasol for not backing up their customers!! Amazingly bad service!!!"

"We had a great relaxing stay! Quiet location but still close enough to the ocean, surrounding villages and shops. Perfect for a day trip down to Møn aswell! Great host who's always helpful and around if you have any questions throughout your stay. Has a fully equipped kitchen which we cooked both dinner and breakfast in. (Also includes free coffee and tea) Extra + very comfortable bed, pillow, duvet & sheets! "

"Great location with amazing view! Very close to the beach and short walk to Udsigten, a great restaurant. The property had everything a family need for a great vacation including several spots for outdoor seating which allows you to enjoy the view even when it is cold or rainy."

"The house is spacious and has a lovely garden, with a view of the sea. It's just a few minutes walk to the beach, where you'll find a couple of picnic tables and a small playground. The area is peaceful and relaxing, with a cafe in walkong distance. There's a bus that runs a couple of times an hour to the next town, where you can get groceries, but we found it personally helpful to have a car, especially to explore the surrounding area. One major drawback was that the listing failed to mention that bed linen and towels are NOT included, which we were surprised to discover upon our arrival. The owners of the property are also not available to help and can only be reached by email. Luckily we were able to rent linens from another person in town, but I just wanted to make sure anyone wanting to stay here is aware - and VRBO should really update the listing. Finally, we had two young kids with us and appreciated the high chair and step stool, but the Pack n Play was damaged so we didn't use it."

"NOVASOL are horrible to work with. If you attempt to contact them via VRBO messaging, they will ignore your messages for months at a time. They will refuse to rent bed linens and towels to you, even though they don't provide them. They will also accuse you of 'not contacting them immediately' with issues, even though their internal booking system lists an out of date phone number and does not list their hours of operation for the chat system. Good luck. The property is filthy. Don't pay for the cleaning because they aren't doing it anyways. The floors haven't been washed in MONTHS, there are ants all over the property, and because it is vacant for long periods, and NOVASOL doesn't prepare it like they're supposed to, there are spiders in every corner of every room. The mattresses are stained. The main floor bathroom door handle fell off immediately. The hot water heater leaks and had a bowl underneath. The master bed's en suite bathroom door doesn't close unless you lift the entire door and shove it. NOVASOL claimed these were normal and could not be fixed, but did re-attach the bathroom door handle. The trash was overflowing in the bins for our entire stay and got emptied right at the end. The Wi-Fi cut out several times during our stay. And worst of all, after having to clean the entire house upon arrival and departure and having to vacuum bugs multiple times every day, I'm going to get charged for the electricity usage. Run. The views are not worth it!"
