The house is suitable as a comfortable holiday home for up to 8 people. An occupancy beyond this number of persons is not possible. Due to the structural conditions (stairs over several floors), the object for toddlers is only partially suitable.

The entrance to the Kammloipe for cross-country skiing in winter and cycling in summer can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The location is not only an ideal starting point for hikes, skiing and cycling tours but also for visits to attractions in the area.
In the valley by car about ten minutes away is the Vogtland Arena with one of the most modern ski jumps worldwide. With the Erlebnisbahn located there takes you to the start of the jump tower and enjoy a breathtaking view.
Also ten minutes away by car you can reach the summer toboggan run.
