"The Hotel rightly located. It is a 3 minutes walk to the bus stop to board the Tram to the City Centre, which is approximately 10-15 minutes ride, depends on Stops. For a 4-Star Hotel, the Group should provide Kettle, tea/coffee and biscuits in rooms for guests. "

"Two things to mention. Getting to the actual hotel on day one was a real chore. No clear directions on the hotel website. Secondly the bath has a design issue. If you use the shower water spills all over the floor. Requires some extra towels etc. other than that the hotel is great."
