"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. "Wow and wow and again wow!! The best hotel I have ever been to. We were with our 2 children and everyone had a great time. A hotel that is simply a paradise for children. We will definitely go back there again! Delicious food especially in the morning and evening, kind and excellent service, a great indoor pool, a playground for all ages, there is always something to do and many attractions near the hotel or within a short drive. We had an extraordinary experience! Highly recommend!"

"Few things not to like, but all minor. Parking price is on the expensive side for sure, we stayed during low season so breakfast, spa and few other services were limited, but it suited us as we had peace. Location is amazing, 10min walk to Bled Castle (it's a must!), few min walk to any place along the shore of the lake, nice park in front... "

"Good Hotel for Family vacation. Alles was man braucht, kein Lärm durch die Autobahn. Kritikpunkt ist das Mittagessen, welches nur von 13-15uhr angeboten wurde für Kinder sehr spät. Es wurde deutlich das an Personalkosten gespart wird. Keine direkten Wanderwege neben dem Hotel sondern Schnellstraße und Parkplatz. In Summe Preis Leistung super."

"We stayed for 1 night travelling from Salzburg to Venice. A clean and friendly family feel to this place in a spectacular location with supermarket couple of mins drive away. Staff were welcoming and helpful and supplied a good breakfast. Our room was fairly basic but gave what was required but we did have to report a running toilet and the room got very hot due to heatwave and lack of any air con. Balcony was an added bonus. "

"Unsere Anreise war eine vollkommene Katastrophe. Doch als wir nach 14 Stunden endlich in unserer Unterkunft ankamen, war alles vergessen. Das Haus war liebevoll eingerichtet, Manuela hatte bereits die Heizung aufgedreht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt. "Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

We loved the adjoining-rooms and balconies giving us plenty of space. Carinthia is a a brilliant place for a family summer holiday and Bad Kleinkirchheim is the perfect base from which to explore.
