"The accommodations were amazing. Super spacious and clean. Very secure. Overlooking the train stop but soundproofing was toonotch. The area was not very convenient without a car. "This is a new, very clean property about a 25 minute walk, or one U-Bahn stop, from the Munich Messe. Very comfortable, and inexpensive compared to other options available. My problem was that any messages I tried to get to the management went unanswered, which disappointed me. This is a residential and light commercial area, the number of restaurants is limited, but all the rooms have kitchens, so I would recommend you eat breakfast in your room and have dinner wherever you are before...

"Die Besitzerin war sehr unfreundlich und launisch. Check in haben wir ewig gewartet und dann wurden wir unfreundlich empfangen. Zimmer war für 2 Personen viel zu klein und es gab kein Bett nur eine ausziehbare Couch, die sehr unbequem war und für 2 Personen ungeeignet. Alles in einem ; Nie wieder !!!!! Nicht weiter zu empfehlen für den Preis und den schlechten Empfang."

"We loved staying in Angela’s apartment. She was a wonderful host who provided a warm welcome to our stay in Germany. It was so nice to get out of the larger cities and explore the region. Plenty of hiking, the castle at Lake Chiemsee and lovely farms and villages to drive through and explore. Angela also recommended a local restaurant, Hirzinger, which was wonderful"

If it works, it will make guests feel safer, not anyone can just go up to the floors. The pink laundry machine, everyhting had to go thru the receptionist while there was a QR code there but was told, it is not working. The 24hr supermarket is a good idea but as expexted quite expensive and not many...

"We stayed for a week, trains easily accessible into Munich centre and shopping areas. The only thing that let it down was cleaning and changing bed sheets is done every 7 days and if you want it done sooner you have to pay to wash sheets yourself. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed was just two single beds pushed together with a single duvet each which in my opinion does not match the price you pay. The little stove tops were handy and really enjoyed the addition of having a fridge....
