"Everything was excellent at the hotel itself and the area surrounding it. Only issue was the difficulty in locating it in the first place. Waze couldn't find it. Neither could Google Maps. The address shown was actually the back door of the hotel where there was a sign saying that the bell doesn't work and that you need to go around the building. Finally found it, but certainly could be easier! "

"Fabulous location, in Altstadt, all sites walkable and public transportation is right across the street. Spacious room, plenty of closet and drawer space, nice bathroom. The heating-cooling control is a little difficult to figure out: you can only go 3 degrees Celsius cooler or warmer than the hotel’s preset, whatever that happens to be! Our room was cold upon arrival but had warmed up when we came back for the night. Definitely a minor issue, highly recommend the hotel."

"There are many things to like: mini fridge included in the room rate and replenished daily, slippers, robes, two sizes of soft, down-filled pillows, and a location right next to Residenzschloss (Royal Palace). The spa and sauna in the basement are very nice, as well. I would stay here again."
