"Absolutely perfect for my family (2 adults, 2 kids) for our 2-night stay in December. We loved the location (short walk from Leipzig Hbf), on an S-Bahn stop (Augustus-Platz), across the street from the best Christmas Market in Germany (in my biased opinion!). Kids loved the bunk beds in their own mini-room; we loved our separate bed across the living room. Beds were incredibly comfortable—kids slept in until 10am one morning!! (They usually rise at 6am). "The reception was friendly The apartment was old and doors were makings noise. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The sauna was working and nice The neighborhood is recognized as one of the most dangerous neighborhoods. We tried to be back before dark It is more than 3 stop from the city center so you need to pay more for the public transit "

"Die Unterkunft ist im Gesamtpaket eine 7/10 Fernsehen gehen nur die öffentlichen Sender! Für den Preis nicht akzeptabel. 4/10 ( man muss sich Joyn oder ähnliches Ansehen, aber RTL oder so ist nicht möglich, das wurde mir am Telefon sehr stolz mitgeteilt) Sauber ist es! allerdings wurde bei mir eine Socke vom Gast zuvor vergessen, in der Dusche waren noch Haare. Ansonsten war es sauber und in Ordnung, eine 8/10 Ruhe hat man eig. aber auch nur wenn man Glück hat und keine Nachbarn ne Party...
