The only minor downside was the colour (grey) and size of the pool - although it was always spotlessly clean it appeared a bit murky. However, it wasn’t - it was just that it was painted grey. "

"The Whale on Main is a beautiful house decorated in a modern style. The balconies had sun lounger or chairs where you could sit and relax. The owner, Tanya was very friendly and was always ready with advice on where to go for activities and recommendations of local restaurants. It was lovely to be able to walk along the cliff path which is just over the road. "

"Our stay at Whale Coast Ocean Villa was fabulous! This is the perfect place for exploring the Hermanus Cliff Walk and Grotto Beach. It is beautifully decorated, the breakfast was amazing, the staff warm and welcoming. Our stay was too short. Hope to visit again soon."
